Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a fabulous town house in a quiet cul-de-sac about 400yds from Harbour Station; ideally situated. There are some small restaurants and local shops within a few yards walk, and tourist attractions just a little further away. The property itself is ideal for a short stay and less than five mins drive to the ferry. It is very well equipped with entertainment kit in addition to a comprehensively stocked kitchen. The hosts even left ingredients for a light breakfast! Truly excellent value for money!!

United Kingdominstructions on using the cooker and hob would have been helpful but we sussed it out in the end. I would recommend No. 14 to anyone (unless you can't do stairs). The beds were comfortable, walk in shower, everywhere was spotlessly clean, some provisions in fridge and kitchen and nearby shops.

United KingdomHaving a guide to how to use a few of the devises such as the telly would have been helpful. A bin bag was left out of a bin by a nearby resident and I expect an animal had got hold of the bag and there was rubbish blowing around outside after that.
Very spacious and it felt very clean. The complimentary essential such as milk, bread and butter were great. We were also allowed to park at the property site before and after check in which we were grateful for. The location could not have been nearer to Gunwharf Quay and the Dockyards.

United KingdomA couple of skirting boards were hanging off and in one of the bedrooms there wasn’t a bedside table with the lamp right next to the bed, but that was only if I was being really picky! Definitely going to return here again!
The location was amazing and perfect for what we wanted. Both gun wharf and the dockyard are so close so ideal if you’re visiting those. The hosts left bread, milk, butter & even jam in the fridge, which was perfect for us to make breakfast and put the kettle on and have a cuppa. Towels were provided, which was an absolute bonus, easy parking and the beds were both clean and comfy.

United KingdomIt was a bit scary coming home after 9pm and I was just grateful we had our Dobie with us. Just don't go into the estate at night, keep to the quay side and all good.
Clean and comfortable home. The hosts left us with milk and coffees. This was home from home. Comfortable beds, excellent walk in shower. Very near to Harbour.

Very spacious over three levels, very modern decor and every mod con you could want! Nice extras like a selection of spreads/jams in the fridge and spices/teas in the cupboard. Lovely soft duvets and tvs in every room. Extremely good value considering the fantastic condition and proximity to Gun Wharf shopping centre and the historic dockyard. I think the pictures don't do the property justice! Lyn easily contactable and very helpful! Highly recommend!
