Nothing - wonderful place which we hope to return to

This was a perfect location for our family holiday, the house felt like our home. It was spacious and had stunning views, such lovely base to explore North Devon but also enjoyable to relax there when the weather wasn't the best. Everything about getting into the house was seamless and we couldn't fault it, and we appreciated the flexibility on timing for checking in and out

The single bedroom is very small and off the utility room/ kitchen so not well suited to young children. No bath, only shower and curtains a bit thin so sunrise might wake some people up .

Fantastic location, quick walk to the seafront and local amenities. Very clean property in excellent condition. Easy parking. Quiet spot with sea views from many rooms.

The house was cold for first couple of days. I think maybe we were one of the first to stay at start of season so House just had the heating switched on. My elderly parents struggled with the bed in downstairs bedroom as they said it was high for them. Maybe they’re just too short though!

Beautiful property and the views were stunning. So lovely to see the wild rabbits In the front and back gardens.

There really wasn't anything I didnt like but if I had to find something, an Internet package upgrade would possibly be a good idea and an ironing board (I understand ironing isn't for everyone just personally don't like to go home with much washing/ironing to do or maybe I just didnt find it). The kitchen, although perfectly functional, could do with a little refresh.

Very clean, tidy and comfortable property with lots of room. Location, location, location!!! Sea views were lovely and easy walking distance to the beach.

The fourth bedroom is quite small and tucked away right next to the utility room and kitchen. The wifi was slow .

Beautiful sea views and great location. The beds are comfy and the shower is great. A lovely garden where you can enjoy another great sea view…very peaceful. The double bedrooms are spacious and again have excellent sea views.

The downstairs toilet it wasn’t a good flusher, it drove me crazy and the washing machine needs replacing I spent a good hour trying to clean it.

As soon as you see the garden you know this is a well looked after house. When you open the front door the bright and light hallway is very welcoming and the little note from Cynthia telling us the tea, coffee, sugar and milk was for our use and even a packet of biscuits, how nice. Every room was nice and bright. It was extremely comfortable and enough space for everyone.

Slightly awkward to get in and out of the driveway with limited visibility of road and on road parking restricting access (but limited traffic so not that bad). Gas fireplace in living room worked well but was quite complicated to get started and the instructions given didn't match the actual fireplace controls. WiFi wasn't as bad as some other reviews suggested but was still a little weak. Very strong smell of wild garlic in the front and back gardens, some might find that pleasant of course.

Incredible sea and beach views, very spacious accommodation, excellent facilities, very well presented, immediately felt at home. Quick walk to the beach and town center, very short drive from the main road.

A fantastic property with absolutely stunning views. Alot closer to the seafront than anticipated, but far away enough to be peaceful. From the roaring sea to the wonderful wildlife that can be enjoyed out of every window. The shower is super and both TVs came in unexpectedly very handy, watching lots of footage about the passing of our Queen. This property offers home from home comfort and the host is extremely accommodating. If I could buy this property I would :0))) THANK YOU!
