Lack of plug sockets, we had to move the fridge to plug in the fan

Clean and well equipped apartment. Host provided very clear instructions. Nice touch of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Plenty of tea and coffee and a jug of water provided.

Was very clear instructions on where to go and easy to find. Very sweet studio that was very clean. We also weren’t bothered throughout our stay but was there over the phone if we needed anything.

Great wee flat. Fabulous information from the owner. Everything you need to know. Easy check in/out. Parking directions were great.The flat was very clean with the addition of a small fridge and microwave with plates and cutlery which we didnt expect. The bed was so comfy i asked the owner where he bought it! We will definitely stay again when we visit relatives in Nottingham. The only addition I'd recommend is when you change the flooring maybe put in a wood or laminated floor. Some guests obviously dont remove their shoes and have marked the carpet. But this wouldnt stop us staying again. Id just bring my slippers :D

For me I enjoy everything.

The person was good, when I got down from the taxi he was outside to hand over the keys to me which was something nice of him. He also call to check on me to see if am ok.

We liked the self check in. The instructions were very easy to follow. Property was clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Parking on the road was free.

A little out of the way, you'll need to be confident down back streets, particularly late at night. But no problems or complaints really, we walked to the bus stop by day and got a taxi back at night.

Very easy, post code in the room's description got us there and the short video on check in showed us everything we needed to do. Very simple.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was great and exceeded all our expectations.

This was such a find and we would absolutely use it again if we are in the area. The beds were so comfy, honestly, I cant say enough good things about this place. If you knew me you would know that I would never give a good review if it weren't true.

*Everything was lovely, perhaps just a deep clean is needed as there was some general dirt build up in places, (in all fairness, generally the cleanliness was very good and we were very happy with it!) *It would be nice to have a basic shampoo & conditioner set to complement all of the other little extra touches in the property (annoyingly that's the one thing I forgot to pack... made a quick dash to the shop around the corner, which wasn't any hassle & it only took a few minutes so it really wasn't the end of the world!)

The property was cosy, quiet, and a good distance from the town centre (plenty of Ubers around & only £7 per journey) It was also very easy to find thanks to clear communication from the host, with plenty of on-street parking The extra touches, such as tea, a mini fridge, milk, toothpaste & toothbrushes, TV, and fast WiFi were all greatly appreciated and showed just how much the host cares about guests having everything for their stay :-) Also really appreciated the ample heating, pillows, and good quality bedding - they made our stay extra comfortable!
