Third time stopping here and there are plenty of reasons for that - I'm always greeted warmly with a fantastic smile and the fact I'm remembered means a lot & it means check-in is a very quick thing now. The room is exactly what is needed, quiet and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Breakfast always hits the spot and is cooked to order meaning it's always hot. Thank you both and see you next time :)

Lovely welcome. Delicious made to order breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again. We did book a small double but quite adequate for our needs. Even a small fridge in our room .

The rooms were all different themes, I know as my friends had also stayed and saw their rooms. The outlay inside was absolutely stunning.Having the choice of a full English breakfast or a choice of cereals/ fruit was good. The owners were so lovely and went out there way to help me do something for a friends birthday. Having a place to sit and chat with friends also in the lounge was nice and felt so cosy.

I personally found nothing to dislike with the hotel if like me your prepared to walk 30 minutes or catch public transport to the town centre its brilliant if you want everything on your doorstep this little gem is not for you.but personally I cudnt fault the hotel and host

It's what I wud call a small and friendly hotel nothing is to much trouble from the owners very clean and a comfortable bed to sleep in there is plenty of hot drinks and clean towels in your room along with some toiletries and the breakfast and service at breakfast time was exceptional there is a nice comphy lounge with tv or you can watch the telly in your own room there is also a microwave plates and cutlery provided in a seating area downstairs should you wish to stay in at night and warm food up provided by yourselves which i found very handy on my first day as i arrived late and thers a handy convenience store just down the road.there are plenty of buses and trams at the end of the road or a lovely half hours walk along the promenade into Blackpool town centrel if your able to walk its brilliant I will definitely be returning in the new year.if ur looking for that good old fashioned bed and breakfast and made to feel special this is the place for you

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Loved the feeling of being able to relax and make yourself feel at home. Really enjoyed the lounge area so comfortable. Would definitely return, and recommend to others wanting to visit Blackpool.

There was nothing to dislike. Our stay was perfect.

This was a very cosy hotel. The breakfasts were lovely and very filling. Although they had a bar, guests were able to drink their own alcohol there. They also provided a microwave that allowed guests to bring in their own food to warm up & eat. The owners, Rhona & Simon were very conscious of making our stay as comfortable & as cheap as possible. They were the perfect hosts & very friendly & accommodating.

The only thing was the water pressure was very low in shower and would go from hot to cold sometimes but put that down to other people using the shower at the same time

Visited with a friend we loved it spent 2 nights here, Rhona is lovely very welcoming didn't get to meet Simon unfortunately but its the best breakfast we've ever had in Blackpool,our room was lovely an clean an everything you needed even an iron & board,5mins from tram ,would highly recommend and will definitely return .

The breakfast was great. Tea coffee juices. Cereals.Fresh fruit. Toast. And a lovely full English. All freshly prepared and brought to you. Veggie sausage available. Couldn't fault it.
