not having an upstairs bathroom not the property fault this was due to lack of space upstairs , sofas were not very comfortable low backs , only because i suffer from back pain. no parking but there is a car park opposite , which is £9 a day or £ 52 for a week

The location was excellent and quiet with plenty of choice of restaurants, had a really good night sleep.. didn’t hear no noise

Everything from location to quirky decor was lovely. It was exceptionally clean and beds were very comfy. The host was easy to communicate with and you can feel a lot of love and care has gone into the place. My family could not stop raving how happy they were with the cottage!

Everything you ever wanted from a quirky fun property. Eating out, parking and sights all within spitting distance. Clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed and so well equipped. The jewel in the crown the interior design, would keep small children entertained for hours. We did not take a child only our dog who also enjoyed herself. I can highly recommend

The main bed was really squeaky - every time you moved!

Alice in Wonderland cottage was superb and wonderfully unique. The host, Jules, had gone to a lot of trouble to make an Alice in Wonderland theme and it was great fun - we even spotted hidden things we hadn't noticed just as we walked out the door to leave! She had thought and supplied everything that you may need for your stay. It was a very well equipped kitchen and she had left some little surprises for us on arrival which was a thoughtful and a well appreciated gesture. She had supplied local information too which was helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

The cottage was exceptional !! Spotlessly clean , with everything you would need for a real home from home stay , plus more !! Lovely touches throughout , and beautifully themed . One of the best places I have ever stayed ! A two minute walk to the promenade , with shops and eateries close by . Absolutely perfect for a seaside stay !!

The double bed was rather creaky unfortunately but couldn't falt anything else.

Great location in a lovely, quiet little town. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. Loved the theme, very clean and just the right amount of space. Had everything we could possibly need. Would stay again.

The house was very clean and as described. The decor works well and the space is good. Good TV. Literally the sea is just up the road as are several nice bars and restaurants. Parking was easy opposite.

Not a complaint more of a comment. If the front door lock is so difficult even people who access the property to clean cant work it why not change it?

We only stayed for the weekend! Not the owner's problem but the parking across the road is expensive, however you can find spaces for free in the nearby streets.

The theme was lovely, and the house was bright and cheerful throughout

The whole holiday home is decorated beautiful everything is a short journey away.. zoo town beach.. beautiful settings we watched the sun set of the cliff most nights. They have paid real attention to detail.
