The front of the property could do with being upgraded it was very daunting looking from the outside and the blinds could have been better, once you got into the apartment it was fine though

My partner and me really enjoyed the apartment. The only thing was the noise with it being on the Main Street but other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely be back again sometime this year. Beautiful little place to stay highly recommend

The fridge was very loud at night. There was no bowls in the apartment. Sometimes at night it got very loud outside but that’s just the city however some stronger windows would have definitely helped block out the noise. The bed was definitely offset. the end of the bed was very soft and the top was hard.

Bathroom and bedroom was very clean and tidy. Shower was always hot. Big Television was a big plus too. Plenty of space for phones/ chargers and storage. Kettle was excellent.

Outside noise. I know its in city centre but maybe secondary glazing may help reduce noise.

Just needed a few little extras. Dust pan and brush. A bowl for sink. Also only a half toilet roll. At least have a full one on arrival. Little bins in bedrooms. The windows need either double glazing or sound proofing. After 5am very noisy.

With only single glazing, it's very noisy at night, ranging from cars drag racing, to revellers shouting until two in the morning. Being so close to a 24hr Tesco Express probably doesn't help. Nor does the dustbin lorry at 5am!

The apartment was ideally situated in the centre of the city, with everything a tourist could want only a short walk away. The apartment was clean and well-provided.

The noise level was bad from outside due to the old windows. And the blinds need replacing, difficult to close them, had to pull them open and closed using the individual slats.

It was very spacious, and a great central location, it had everything we needed.

Check in was a bit complicated. Before being given the location of our accommodation we had to go to another hotel to pay a deposit and get the apartment details. The details they gave us weren't very clear so we took a while to find it. Check out communication wasn't clear either - we were told to leave the key in a key box but there wasn't one at the property. Neighbours were really noisy, playing music until 4am. The apartment was missing finishing touches like towel hooks in the bathroom, bath mats (the floor became really slippery) and tea bags.

As many others have said the apartment does get street noise. We stayed a Monday night so not much bar bother but the street sweeping machine came past a couple times at 05:30.. You hear everything on the steeet! You will need an eye shade as the blinds don't keep out light.

Bedsheet pillow cover and duvets was dirty and smells bad. And there was no tea bags.

You definitely need to bring ear plugs and eye masks. Single glazed window in bedroom and very noisy location. No soundproofing and no light proofing.

Perfect location and parking very close. We paid to park as per instructions and sent copies of receipt to the property and the payment was quickly refunded. Close to Pier Head and Cavern quarter. Tesco very close

Windows could do with an upgrade to block out the street ya could hear everything. Also when I booked it said 4 minutes from concert square but that's just the head office the actual apartment further away l felt a bit cheated with that one.

Very very clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Massive tv with all the channels. Lovely apartment all round.
