Even on the hottest setting the shower was cold so that was disappointing as it was such a huge shower. Neighbours were also very loud

It is noisy at night as the windows don’t seem to shut fully but this is also due to it being on a main road and in such a good location.

The location of the property is fantastic. The property contained everything needed for comfortable stay.

The only issue we had was that the lift was not working - the flat was on the third floor and one of our party had limited mobility which made things a little difficult.

The property was clean and tidy and decorated with a modern feel. The locations is ideal for a visit to Liverpool - a short walk from the pier head with loads of bars and restaurants nearby

Lift out of order, lamp in living room didn’t work, but not a biggie, just moved a bedside light for the one evening there. If was there more than one night would have messaged reception. Street noise - but to be fair was a Friday night in city centre, so to be expected!

Great apartment in great central location, easy walking distance to most things. Very clean, & well equipped, & lovely bathroom. Phone call a few days prior to arrival appreciated, especially to explain check in & parking. Great communication & response to messages sent when booked. Lovely bed linen & towels!

One of the rooms had the old lead windows so the room was very noisy and you could hear everyone outside like they were in the same room as you. The blinds in the room were not adequate enough to keep the light out of the room either, need some curtains in there as well. Not ideal if you want to get a good nights sleep.

The property was in a great location to the town and was very clean and had great facilities in the apartment.

As the location is great it is noisy outside and windows are not double glazed so the noise is pretty bad, we ended up buying earplugs which solved the problem on the 2nd night. Wouldn’t put me off booking again would just come prepared.

Not all windows were double glazed. Unfortunately the ones that weren't, where in the bedrooms so could hear all the noise from traffic and people outside. Generally clean although there was a noticeable stale smell from the bathroom drains and found some leftover open sweets in the bedside drawers.

Communication with staff was really good. The apartment was a good size and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The location was in easy walking distance from the town centre.

The single glazing meant you could hear a lot of noise from the street below so I would recommend earplugs if, like me, you struggle to sleep with noise.

We stayed for one night as we had tickets to a show at the Empire Theatre. The location was great, check in was easy and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Windows are iron framed and not sound proof, you can hear all the noise coming from the street. It's a pity when the apartment is modern but without a soundproof windows.

I think it would have helped to have a few essentials in the kitchen. Oil, salt, pepper, etc. Can’t really buy all of these for a couple of days stay.

The flat was absolutely perfect, lots of space all very new and clean. Good facilities as well.

The place was also adjacent to a pub. It was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping.

We didn't sleep on the 1st night we got there, the windows aren't great for keeping out the noise like traffic or people it's like its all going on right inside the apartment 🙈🙈

The apartment was fab it looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotless clean. We couldn't fault that.
