Personally, I would have liked a welcome pack - maybe fresh milk/bread - but totally accept not everyone would want this.

It was very easy to collect the keys, full details were given by the owner, with very clear instructions. No problems at all.

The sea view was only if you leant out of one window. The TV wasn't connected to an aerial so was only useable if you logged in to your own streaming service. Would have been nice to be able to access the terrestrial channels without having to do that. Blinds didn't keep the bedroom dark enough in the morning.

The instructions for accessing the property were clear. The flat was clean and spacious. All bedding, towels and kitchen items were clean. Recycling bins available in the car park. Parking was very convenient and clearly marked. The price was fine. The location was ideal for the event we were attending at the Arena.

Some parts of the apartment were looking a little shabby

large apartment, ensuite was great. nice touches that there was teas & coffees, plenty of toilet paper & complimentary toiletries. As well as handwash & fairy liquid.

the instructions for the check in were not clear enough. We could not find the lock box for the key . We had to call the host to ask. We finally found the lockbox it was hidden out of site by the side of the staircase which wasn't explained in there instructions for entry . And I don't think the kitchen had been cleaned the worktops I had to wipe down myself there was washing still damp in washing machine. And the TV did mot work.

Cleanliness. Dust in bedside cabinets.kitchen cupboards were dirty, one broken, plastic bags and cardboard stuffed in. Not appealing to prepare meals. Bath towels not adequate - not regular size and almost threadbare. Washing machine /drier was full of previous occupants bed linen.

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, we didn’t feel comfortable cooking or using any of the cutlery/glasses. There were live/dead flys in the kitchen and living area.

Property smelled of stale smoke and was not particularly clean. Dirt in kitchen & bathrooms, cupboard door missing in kitchen. Shards of broken glass found on rug. A poorly repaired shower fitting failed again causing a major flood in the property which we had to deal with. Prompt response from host who sent a plumber but clean up not to a good standard. There was no hot water for the rest of the day. Kept awake by noise / loud music immediately outside between 3 & 6 am on first night. Decor badly finished in places with peeling paint in areas. Both toilet seats loose. 1 sofa is not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults. Certainly not a luxury apartment.

Entry instructions easy to follow, key easily located. Location handy for town centre, beach & marina. Car parking easy and handy for appartment. Host was responsive to our issues and did offer a 1 night refund for the issues we experienced.

This is not luxurious nor is it new!!! Tired and in need of a revamp and a good clean!!! Kitchen particular bad and microwave should have been binned!!! One mug (4 teacups and saucers) mis-matched crockery and generally lacking in any form of “luxury”. Toilet brush covered in bits of paper, really disappointing and didn’t enjoy our stay

These were not new facilities. TV not connected and no over air stations or cable available. Minimal toilet paper (very disappointment with this as it is important). No air-conditioning in any of the rooms.. Was not aware apartment on third floor with no lift.

Not very clean. Quite scruffy, apartment smelt like musty cigarettes. Tv didn’t work, cupboards falling off the hinges. Not enough kitchen equipment. Shower heads not attached properly

Nowhere to hang clothes. 3 out of 4 bedroom drawers broken. Door hooks missing. No milk. No toiletries. Just adequate but definitely not luxurious. Looks larger in the photos than it actually is. Bedrooms quite small. Twin room not en suite - bath/shower room separate off the hallway. On 3rd floor not 2nd as stated. Sea view if you put your head out of window and look left.

Handy location for sea front and marina. Private parking.
