We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBedroom 204 is a small double room, however it was on the ground floor which suited us just fine.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, as we were meeting up with friends. The location was great, just where we needed to be. Being able to see for myself, whether all the reviews were accurate or not… my advice for travellers is , if you want the luxury of a Hilton hotel, go and pay Hilton prices. The New Birchfield hotel, is a budget friendly hotel right on the seafront in Weston super Mare, and it has free parking , the spaces are limited , however there are other free on the road parking spaces available on nearby streets. Towels and bedding were all good quality.

United KingdomThe mould in the bathroom, not good for asthma. We’d booked a double room, upon arrival the person checking us in insisted we took a twin room instead, even after saying no 3 times, I’m not sure whether this was because we’re a same sex couple.
We didn’t have breakfast, although paid for it as there’s no option to pay on the morning, and wasn’t aware it was 8-9 after paying.

United Kingdom- you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING - not ideal when travelling with a 3 year old! 😂 - the rooms are very dated and every step in the room, the floor squeaks but you get what you pay for and overall a comfy stay. - we was situated on the fourth floor and had no Wi-Fi throughout the whole stay. - we had a tv in our room but the remote was missing batteries. - the hotel advertise children’s entertainment however this was something not available when we stayed.
- hotel was close to the beach front and entertainment for children. - there are some amazing places to eat dinner just a short walk away at family restaurants. - the staff were very accommodating, we arrived earlier than the check in time but they allowed us to leave our car there so we could go and explore! - one of the rooms had an absolutely stunning view of the sea front! - the beds were very comfortable all things considered however, upon comparing the rooms, the sizes of them were very different as well as items included within them.
