Heating/hot water wasn’t easy to work and flat wasn’t very warm we did contact hosts who came straight away to fix which was fine but it took us a while to contact them as we had no direct number just an email through booking.com although we found a mobile number in the red book that was left with instructions on how to work heating etc but we came across the hosts mobile on the heating engineers certificate under property owners details so id suggest a contact list of numbers should be left (in red book) for guests to contact in the event of an emergency a lot of black mould round round shower base which in turn gives off a damp smell in the bathroom easily fixed

The sound of the electric garage doors opening early in the morning. Also the alarm went off twice which was startling first thing in the morning. Overall, the property was clean and well maintained however, the units underneath were dusty and there were visible spider webs at the back of the toilet and corners. The bathroom felt cold despite of a radiator fitted.

The property was very nicely decorated and kitted out with basic household items. Very well sized rooms and the bed was very comfortable.

Milk supplied was out of date and inedible. It would have been better if it had it not been there. The apartment was very cold when we first arrived.

The accommodation was a annex above somebody’s garage in the grounds of a larger property, which was a bit strange. Although well fitted out the accommodation was a bit clinical

Wasn’t expecting to pay another £300 as a deposit. Luckily I have a credit card. This should be made very clear in property details. Never had to do this before. I was expecting a more personal approach but only sent emails and only spoke to a person after leaving a few messages on voicemail.

The property was close to family. It was very light and airy inside. Once inside property was very nice.

As previous review there is some minor noise from the garage door opening, but this didn’t impact on my stay as I was getting ready for work at the time. The delayed return of the security deposit (£300) was really frustrating, 8 business days (12 days in total) was excessive, and in this day in age of instant money transfer there must be a better option that suits both the business and the customer.

ideally located in a quiet area of Dunblane, in a granny flat style accommodation. Accommodation was well appointed, and ideal for a short business style stay. Easy to access to the rear of the main property, with keys initially left in a secure box, with the code text to you just prior to arrival.

Kitchen could have more utensils - cafetiere, veg knife for example. Wifi was switched off - took me a while to find and connect. TV is freeview - not a great deal to choose from in channels for those who want to sit and be sedentary.

Gorgeous bedroom - bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Situated a few hundred yards up the Glen Road above Dunblane - great for exploring the area and v quiet. Dedicated parking area and hosts close if needed, but not intrusive at all.

The apartment is over the garage, so when people open the garage door, you can hear it - but it's not overly intrusive and was never at night. The kitchen could have a few more utensils - a cafetiere would be great! Bathroom is downstairs. It's beautifully finished, so not a deal-breaker by any means.

Location was lovely, just out of town centre. Place new and spotlessly clean. Bedroom particularly lovely - hosts in the vicinity but respected privacy. Car parking space clearly signposted in the grounds.

Tv didn't work (resolved later). Woken early daily by garage door being opened. Limited kitchen facilities. Bathroom is downstairs and was always cold. Accidental damage deposit of £300 seems excessive when our 4 night stay didn't cost much more than this. Think it would deter some people from booking as we thought twice about it before booking.

Heating instructions were minimal and apartment very cold. No local contact to assist. WiFi information supplied by HelloGuest inaccurate. WiFi kept collapsing. Wardrobe full of bedding. Steep staircase to downstairs bathroom. Towels and duvet substandard. Limited TV Channels. Don't expect a lie-in as bedroom directly above garage with noisy mechanised door.

Someone's dog barking on annoying times. Some of the dishes were dirty after previous customer, recycling was nice, but there wasn't enough bins of what they demanded. Also the "damage deposit" of 300 £ - it is 357 euros and i got 342 euros back. I think that if someone (i haven't ever in my life had to pay such deposit and i have travelled A LOT) requests deposit THEY should pay all bank expenses. I have now lost 15 euros because of paranoia of the owner of this place. Internet was terrible. Only worked during the few hours in the morning.

The place was on quiet area, toilet had enough room. Over all the flat was clean. Bed was confortable (in the other hand the sofa in the living room wasn't)

Cleaning crew need to do a more professional job, little areas not cleaned properly, not affected our living, as the property was very good quality.

Brilliant location! Peaceful, beautiful area with easy access to transport. Good equipment and good heating system in the flat.

My stay was too short.

The appartment was clean, light filled and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi allowed me to work and conduct international Zoom meetings with no problems. It was close to wonderful forest and nature walks but still close enough to walk into the village.
