We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms have comfortable beds, large bathrooms and the AC works well. Breakfast was also quite tasty with pastries, fruit and cook to order options. Parking was easy too!

AustraliaAlthough its states there are stairs, the reality of having to lug a suitcase upstairs doesn’t hit you until you have to do it. Could hear showers/water running in nearby rooms when people were in their bathrooms throughout the night. A smoke alarm type alarm, went off in what seemed to be in the next room to me at 5am in the morning. This was very frightening awakening to this at that hour. Kept going for a few minutes. When I spoke to reception about it in the morning, I was told they had no record of it so it couldn’t have happened onsite. The care factor was nil from them.
A nice clean, comfortable space. Also had an in house restaurant…great after a long drive to not have to worry about going anywhere else.

United KingdomWiFi did not work in the resturant which when u r on your own is an issue, no lunch during the week which if u r working a night shift is an issue as i had to find somewhere in the town to have some lunch, i was too tired for breakfast as i had worked until 6am.
Everything good, the staff were lovely, i had wet clothes that needed dried for the next night shift, was allowed to hang it in the boiler room.

United KingdomThe shower could do with a bit of modernisation - our room was against some eaves so therefore the shower head room was limited. The actual shower water was temperamental to get a consistent warmth and the shower head was fixed to the wall. Our room overlooked a nearby residential parking area which wasn’t particularly pleasant, nor was the neighbours looking in whenever the blinds were open. While the restaurant was amazing for dinner, the hot breakfast was limiting for vegan; either a Full Scottish or an egg-based dish.
The restaurant was great for dinners - especially the chocolate surprise at dessert. Good location if you want to explore Ben Nevis and the surrounding areas. Lovely receptionists
