Even though the location was quiet the rooms were not, could hear people walking in the room above and in the hall. We had booked twin beds which could not have been more than 3 feet/ 90 can wide! We were afraid to fall out of bed when turning👍Little room in sink area, could hardly wash face since faucets were sticking out into sink. We did not use parking but a hotel of this calibre should include it rather than charging 20 pounds for a gravel lot.

    Quiet area near town

    I can’t think of anything.

The property was in a beautiful location on the river. It was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff was very helpful, doing everything possible to make the stay of memorable one.

The wine list is very pricey compared to the food experience on offer. Parking, an issue I had not realised until the next day, charged extra to park at the hotel seems shortsighted, but the hotel takes a stance on such a thing, so be be warned!

Bedrooms are wonderfully furnished and the beds very comfy. The breakfast is very tasty, with lots of locally sourced produce offered throughout the menu. The glass of fizz was a lovely touch on arrival.

Only that parking was £20 for a night and no gym/pool onsite.

It was tip top from the champagne reception, super pleasant staff and the extremely comfortable rooms. Breakfast good and location brilliant too.

Breakfast was good, not exceptional (but we had been staying at multiple places beforehand so we may have been a bit jaded by that point!).

Friendly, personal welcome on arrival, with complimentary champagne to settle you in :) Room was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Secure parking (for additional charge). Great location, only 10 mins from city centre.

The one area where I found Ness Walk lacking was the food options. The restaurant offered limited choices.

I recently stayed at Ness Walk and had a fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant.

This accommodation was luxurious and set in beautiful gardens beside the river. There was plenty of secure parking. The staff were very attentive, delivering excellent service. The restaurant, sitting area and bar area were beautifully appointed. An excellent breakfast was included. We decided to eat at the restaurant in the evening and had an excellent "a la carte" meal one night and a lighter meal in the bar area the next. Lovely walk along the river into town.

Was charged a very high amount for parking at a hotel that is ostensibly for tourists with a rental car. Seems a bit abusive.

Beautiful property located right on the River Ness. 10 min walk to center of town. Comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent ambiance in common areas. Attentive staff

At the peak hour of the breakfast, it is really crowded and the waiters cannot follow the order anymore.

Great service, everybody is helpful and kind. The room are large and comfortable. The ground are nice too and the hotel is really central. Charging station for the car is most useful.

    Good, but should be better

    - Service in restaurant/bar is generally unsatisfactory. It depends on the staff available during your visit. Which is unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. - In-room dining service is horrible. Overpriced, very limited items after 9-10 PM. Cold sandwiches that should definitely not cost over 5 pounds. Top that with a "tray charge" that makes zero sense. - Breakfast is boring, repetitive, and very limited. Not to mention the inconsistency in service and meal preparation. Definitely not worth it when there are plenty of options near by. - Eager to try their restaurant Torrish? Don't! The place lacks any atmosphere and the food quality is average. Not worth the high price.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist you on the best way to enjoy the city. Spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. Lovely area and great location for walking. Despite the negatives, I would come back again but make better choices.
