A lovely place and cozy set up.

    • Two-Bedroom Chalet
    • Stayed 7 nights

The toilet needed a jiggle to get the water to stop trickling, the seat on the toilet needed fixing properly also. there was one roll of toilet paper only but better than none at all. the smell of musty when we entered was off putting but with windows open a while it was better. realized there was a problem with maybe the shower drain letting in smelly gases(the the sink). kitchen well stocked

we liked the room and the surroundings very much and it had everything we needed. Nice clean shower kitchen and comfortable beds.

Car park quite a long way from chalet and so it was difficult for unloading and getting luggage to and from car. Chalet not accessible for those with mobility problems. . Chalet Interior was very dated, tired ,worn and patched up, apart from the bathroom. Rooms a bit small and cramped and double bed had one side up against the wall so, it was difficult for one person to get in and out of bed.

Quiet and calm spot on the site. Wild bunny rabbits on lawn. 20 minute walk to beach.

Smelt musty, in need of modernising. Only two bath towels provided for three people. Had to hunt for the towels, all in different locations. Items in kitchen cupboards needed washing before use - a glass had mould in it. Toilet seat loose. Lots of cobwebs in accommodation. Bed uncomfortable, poor night sleep. Beds were

Quiet location walking distance to beach and town. Good hot water. Decent shower.

Excellent stay, liked it so much lucky enough to book another week in another chalet. Recommend you ask. Great place, central, easy car access, comfy chalet/s. Nothing not to like. Staff very friendly, have a great sense of humour. Recommended.

Very disappointed with the chalet, the living room and kitchen were like something out of the 70s, dull and badly in need of updating, no WiFi and the smallest TV I have ever seen, overpriced for the facilities, my brother and sister both stayed on the same site and there chalets were far superior for less money.

    Location was okay.

Pretty much everything else. We were met with a massive itinerary, to which some items were missing. I started going through it, but this was time consuming and after a while decided that this was not what I was on holiday for. Initial things missing included a wine glass, 2 bath sheets, a torch, 1 bread knife and a garden chair. This list however is not exhaustive and I wasn't going to spend too much time searching for things. The living space and kitchen looked very tired and in desperate need of renovation. cabinets were held together with screws and surfaces peeling The doors on said cabinets did not fit well and had to be coaxed to close. The kitchen had a carpeted floor and in the living area, mats appeared to be stuck down. The sofa and chair had a 'throw' over them, for reason we found later that they had been terribly and poorly recovered from different materials. Sitting on the sofa/chair pulled down the throw. The chalets drop leaf table was broken and unusable due to a vital missing piece. Utensils were very cheap and poor, and the cooker looked old and tired although it worked, unlike two of the spot lights in the kitchen. I know this could be a good property but needs serious attention. chalet decor was poor with peeling wallpaper. For all of this, I resented paying a £200 breakage deposit. Incidentally, we neither damaged, broke, lost or stole anything.

The Shower room was excellent, room and looked like it was fairly new. The mattress on the double bed on which we slept was very good, affording a good nights sleep. The property as a whole was clean. It smelled good on entering ( though after the air freshener had worn off smelled awful). The chalet had an excellent range of pans and plenty of coat hangers which is always good.

The chalet interior could do with a bit of TLC as there are cracks in the walls and the kitchen although very usable was a bit battered. but I WOULD HAPPILY stay there again.

It was lovely and peaceful 10 minute walk from the beach (or 2 minutes drive) The beds and chairs were extremely comfortable.
