Quite warm. Unable to open windows on top floor. Top floor flat stuffy and warm. Had to take luggage up three flights of stairs. More kitchen items needed. Bed settee on top floor not fit for purpose

It's not really a complaint as the apartment was gorgeous, but it only had a small 2 seater sofa bed and there were 4 of us so it was quite hard for us to comfortably sit. It had a lovely dining table with 4 chairs but they were nice to look at but not comfortable if you needed extra seats to relax . A couple of easy chairs in the bedrooms would solve this as they could be brought out when needed.

A couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom including an overflowing shower made the stay uncomfortable. Need more kitchen implements such as a cutting board and tongs and a sharp knife. The couch had a strong odour but we were assured it was brand new. Needs a bit of Febreze. Very noisy upstairs tenants were annoying, need to iterate clearly responsibility while staying in the units.

The entrance was very messy with tons of bins and rubbish as was the entrance hall very unkept and messy. The flat is tired inside with the pictures showing it a while back. The apartment itself smelt of cooking possibly fish we thought this way because of our early arrival but the smell was still there the next day. We have advised the company about this and they have taken it on board. The bathroom light has no windows and is on a sensor so if you don't shower or get off the loo quickly which my elderly mother had problems doing she was left in the dark. This properly is good for students and in a student area not for professionals or families.

Nap staff where really nice and friendly and helped us check in early for a wedding for relatives in the city , the location is good if you want access to Clifton.

Most of the windows were blocked to open until small point.... or even complete screwed. So you could but not really good air the rooms enough. Especially 3rd floor and when it's hot would be great to have the option to open all the windows all the way. But they had a good Vantilator in the apartment so that helped a bit.

Very Clean. Comfortable Beds. Just enough cutlery for 1 meal ;-) modern bath / kitchen / w mashine. Price was good ! Area is nice. Would go again!

We had wanted to use the sofa bed but decided against it as the mattress was pretty dirty/stained, plus no linen had been left for the spare duvet cover. The bathroom is pretty tiny. You can hear virtually every movement of anyone upstairs through the ceiling!

Location was good for us being walking distance to both Park Street & Clifton. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The layout of the flat was good.

- wrong address given on confirmation meanty two guests walked half an hour to wrong address - shower was burning hot and had no temperature control - it was day two before we worked out how to turn the water temperature down at main boiler. this was inconvenient as the firsty day we were attending wedding and needed the shower which was too hot to use. Otherwise serbvice was excellent and staff very welcomiong and helpful

This property is certainly not suitable for five adults. There was only four dining room chairs round dining table. Only a small two seater settee , so we couldn’t get comfy after a long day and enjoy a glass of vino. Only one bathroom which we knew about but it was extremely tiny. The door to one of the bathrooms from the living room didn’t have a door handle so you couldn’t close it properly and if you did manage to close it, it was extremely hard to open it. They only left us three toilet rolls for five people for three nights, so we had to go and buy more. Like l said not suitable for four people let alone five. Would not stay here again unless they made it suitable for four/ five guests🙁

The apartment needs some love. Only three bowls for four people. Double bed mattress sags in the middle. WiFi is slow. TV remote is sticky and does not work very well. Shower drain is slow so the bathroom floods if shower is on full….
