The apartment was perfectly sized for our family of 3-including a teenager who loved the music vibe. Spacious, exceptionally clean & comfortable. Very well appointed with everything we needed (soaps, linens, full kitchen). We loved the artsy, cool, vibrant design. Great location-cafes, pubs within a block and seashore a short walk away. It’s located on a side street with minimal traffic so fairly quiet despite being so close to the hipster North Laine area-the seagulls reminded us of the proximity to the water. 😃. Despite the warmer weather we stayed comfortable with open windows and high grade fans. The host was very responsive.

The price was a little steep, and the road outside was busy late into the night with pedestrians. The front windows did very little to block out the noise.

It’s a great place, cleverly designed and beautifully decorated. It’s in a nice part of town, with lots of amenities close by, and much more comfortable and spacious than a hotel.

The location was superb (with easy parking a 3 minute walk away), communication was excellent and the amenities were great. The property itself is quirky, light and airy. The bed was one of the comfiest night’s sleep I’ve ever had. All in all, would highly recommend.

It is absolutely stunning and stylish! Very instagrammable!!! Location great too with a short walk to the beach. Lots of cafes near the house too for breakfast.

No Parking, when I booked it booking website said parking available. Wasn't a massive issue as found a carpark 5mins walk away.

Very clean and done up to high standards. Loved the interior design. Everything thought of and provided. Comfortable beds a big bonus!

Only downside was the noise in the middle of the nights from drunk people returning to nearby accommodations. However this isn't constant and really varies depending on those people, days and times! Not a problem for us as we could sleep through most of it and it didn't last long when it was occurring.

Amazing location, so spacious, really clean and lots of little extras included! Host was amazing with messaging and providing all details needed. House was better in person than it appeared on the listing! We were a group of 6 adults (two couples) and 3 dogs. Really recommend :)

Beautifully decorated house in the heart of the North Lanes, but on a quiet street away from the night time noise. The house is spotlessly clean with gorgeous bed linen and toiletries, and super comfy beds. Host communication was great and everything was super easy. No parking on the street but this is made clear in the booking, and we were able to pull up and offload and found easy parking close by.

Excellent facilities and so close to lots of great cafes, pubs and restaurants. Lovely quiet street, right next to all the curious lanes and beautifully and quirkily decorated. Loved it.

Such lovely decor and immaculately clean - just one hitch it’s a downstairs toilet and one upstairs bathroom - I misread it to be two bathrooms- but worked ok for us.

We loved the House. The best location, very easy and friendly communication , came too 1 day earlier almost in the night, it took 2 min to pay and come in. Great design and atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable. We will come again.

Great location- lively but didn't disturb our sleep. Well equipped although we didn't cook. Beds really comfortable, shower amazing. Loved the quirky decor. Host really good communication and response times. There is an extra truckle bed in living area in addition to 2 double bedrooms but this needs a supplement to be made up so double check with host if you need more than 2 beds (error on my part but maybe could be clearer) The bath products were divine! Would definitely stay again.
