The walk from Birmingham station to Moxy hotel was minutes away but that was because we kept on asking random staff how to find it. Our google walk map showed a rediculous 20 minute route. I guess this wasn't the hotels fault but maybe they could have some sort of signs? Or maybe it was my APP? Only other irritation was in our room with coffee/tea facilities, these silly wooden stirrers instead of teaspoons. The pluses of this accommodation far outweigh these points

Perfect for our purpose. My husband and I wanted to see Eric Clapton in the World Resort Arena. We traveled from London by train which took us to Birmingham International which was a walk away from this hotel. Hotel itself minutes away from the arena. It was soooo convenient

No shelf for hairdryer or HairStraightners which fell off the shelf that was there. Thank fully it didn't break.

The breakfast had a nice selection - I believe it would be beneficial to add the allergens to the food signs. I had to ask a member of staff (who was very helpful) but to ease the process, add the details on.

Fantastic hotel for events. So close to venue it takes away the stress of hassling to get out of car park and find the way home, especially if not from the area. Made the concert more enjoyable.

The bed had a mattress topper that was wrinkled so was too uncomfortable to sleep in.. we slept on top of the duvet. And sheets could do with a softener

Breakfast could end later than 10, especially as most guests had been to concerts in the area the previous night and a lie in would be fabulous!

This was our first stay at the hotel and we loved everything from the second we arrived. Decor is funky and the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and we then received our welcome drink. Fabulous welcome. The room was lovely with the added bonus of a beautiful lake view and a fan which was great as it was a hot day. Breakfast was one of the best UK hotel breakfasts we've ever had, and we travel a lot! The choice was excellent and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back!

The bed was a bit hard, but it wasn't a problem. Also, every time my husband moved in the bed, the light underneath went off, he is tall and I think the sensors were a bit sensitive, it made us laugh, so not a problem.

Very close to the world resorts arena, much closer than we thought. Lovely view from our room, overlooking the water. Good size room and everything was great.

The buffet breakfast was nice but there was a bit of a logjam with lots of people crammed into one corner trying to help themselves to food.

It was very close to the arena where the concert was and a short walk from the car park. Our room was light and airy comfortable and overlooked the lake. The staff were excellent extremely friendly and helpful.
