Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Little details make a difference , drawing faces on boiled eggs made me smile, I found them very sweet. The location of the hotel is perfect.I was amazed by the variety of gins they had. I liked the decoration of the lobby and I loved the city view from the lobby.

The location was excellent - walking distance to all city attractions and right across the street from the train station, the room clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful with recoomendations.

Great location and proximity to Waverly Station and nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were nicely maintained, clean and comfortable. They have facilities to store luggage in case of early arrivals/later departures.

United KingdomThe heating in the room didn't seem to work and being in Scotland, this is something that sadly you have to rely on. With the window being incredibly restrictive due to the location on the upper floors, the window could not open properly to allow a flow of air into the space.
The location is excellent - just a stone's throw away from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station and in close-proximity to shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I recommend the Voodoo Rooms located just around the back of the hotel.

The location was amazing. We had views of Princes street from our room, could even see the castle. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly as was the bar staff. The room was good, bed comfy, spotlessly clean, quiet and perfect location. The bar area was decorated nicely and had great views for people watching.
