Richard went above and beyond to made sure we had all the information we needed and we took his advice on some wild swimming spots he directed us too which were perfect! 🏊👌

The place was stunning and had a beautiful view of the bay! We loved the space and were surprised by the kind added bonus of fresh eggs and milk and jam in the fridge with bread and cereals to choose from as well as teas and coffee! Such a nice surprise, thank you!

We absolutely loved this property, Richard made us feel very welcome and the views were absolutely spectacular. Richard also made sure we felt completely at home, leaving some eggs, bread etc for breakfast the next morning as we arrived quite late.

The 2 single beds were a bit small for our liking and the duvets could have been bigger.

It was a lovely property in a good location with a great view over Tobermory. The facilities were first class and instructions comprehensive. Everything was super clean and tidy.

The apartment was amazing, we were there for 3 nights and didn't have to buy anything, breakfast, tea, coffee etc. all included. Would definitely book again, highly recommended.

Creaky flooring. Worried we were disturbing the owners.

Roomy, very comfy, great kitchen. Weren’t there long enough to enjoy the lovely seating area outside and it wasn’t the time of year for bbq’s! Shower rooms great, stunning views from every window.

The need to use the car to get to the town. There was a steep hill to negotiate.

The property was far more spacious than expected from the photos and the view was spectacular. The terrace was well equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The welcome pack was extremely generous and made for a relaxing arrival. The breakfasts provided were substantial.

The house and its location are without comparison. Richard, the owner, answered all of our many questions quickly and gave us a ride to the ferry landing to recover our car. It is the jewel of Tobermory.

The door stuck a little but the owner came and sorted it out

the location was good only 5 mins from Tobermory. The owner left us a folder with places to eat witch was very useful and we ate at two suggested.The kitchen was well equipped and nicely laid out and the lounge was comfortable with lovely views

Relaxed, comfortable, quiet stay, perfect

Large well furnished apartment with amazing views (really enjoyed waking up and soaking in that view from the comfort of my bed!). Very generous welcome pack. Felt at home. A bbq on the terrace overlooking the bay was a perfect way to enjoy a summers evening.

Only one small thing, the property is of the beaten track and a house name at the top of the lane would have been a big help.

Communication between the host was excellent. He got in touch in advance of our journey to give us the heads up to book the ferry ⛴️ The location was excellent out of the town centre but near enough to walk even though the hill is steep! The terrace gave us magnificent views over Tobermory Harbour. The host had left breakfast items for us and we were able to go in earlier than planned. The property was very well appointed and attention to detail given. We traveled as two couples and we all agreed we could have stayed longer. Thank you fir a beautiful stop over at the end of our road trip around the NC500.

This is no criticism of the property but Tobermory is a hilly place and care needs to be taken walking to and from the front but parking is usually very easy.

The property gave us everything we expected and lots more as well. It was a lovely place to stay and relax with fabulous views over the harbour and the greater water. We stay in many properties up and down the UK and can say this this is the best equipped we have been to. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to our family and friends.

this is not a complaint but we found both bedrooms extremely warm overnight, even with windows open, and we couldn’t find the source of heat…. maybe just sun? not a complaint just an observation
