The rooms were very dated and floor boards creaking, you could hear the people above walking around. The cold tap on the bath didn't work so had to cool the bath down by filling the kettle from the sink several times.

The location was excellent with easy access to the main areas of London and taxi's passed by every few minutes to take you further afield. The breakfast was also very good, piping hot and plenty of good quality ingredients.

Bathroom fan worked continuously with no way to switch off usually fan starts when light on and goes off after light switched off decided by timer inbuilt to fan.

Adequate breakfast choice, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very tired with patchy area around air-con and windows also the bathroom shower fan was operating permanently and quite noisy with the door open not to annoying when door shut and as only there 2 nights couldn't be bothered to complain though mentioned it to reception when checking out seems it should have been timed shut-off. The location is excellent and a short walk from Tottenham Court Tube Station, easy to walk to Theatre-land and Coven Garden, also other city quarters.

Decor is a little dated but it was not an issue with us as it matched with the style of the property and the location, price and breakfast more than made up for it.

The hotel is ideally located near Soho and Covent Garden. Although the decor is a bit dated, the rooms had everything needed and it was walking distance to most points of interest. Staff were helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast. A full English breakfast with good coffee was a great start for a full day sightseeing. I would book again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, only around three minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road and around 15/20 min walk from the theatres. My single room was lovely and spacious, and the bed was really comfy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, didn’t like the fact the room was a distance away from the main hotel, and the greeting/welcome was very much ‘you’re on your own’, worth noting the bathroom was freezing during a particularly cold spell in early December. Quite expensive for what you get.

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. I just about coped but wasnt perfect.

We had a basement room with no real view. It was spacious for London with a good sized bed and other facilities. The room was larger than what you usually find in London. Staff were welcoming and helpful

The rooms are in need of updating they are clean but cramped. Price is too high and does not reflect the tiredness of the property. There are many other hotels with similar sized rooms that cost the same and are better inside. Location is good though beds are clean and breakfast was good

We asked for a twin room as it was myself and my dad staying however the 2 single beds were extremely close together (very much felt like a double bed) which was obviously quite uncomfortable for 2 adults who are dad and daughter.

There was plenty of space and it was very clean and tidy!
