There were no forks. Someone had left the radiator on so when I got there it was steaming hot in the room and no window to open. The location was hard to find on the dark I walked around fir 25 minutes looking for it.

The manger of the building Ryan was brilliant at his job very friendly help me with a few things very hospitable and professional I would stay again and I recommend staying there for value of money 10/10 experience

Not sure how to lock the door at first took me a while to get to work. Not what I didn't like more a heads up No Pun Intended But Mind Your Head going up and down the stairs stairs are steel but there aren't a lot would a banister on both sides and fill tin were is a gap on the stair shower only so if you like a bath Travelodge or Premium Inn might be your choice

Looking at the photos they almost matched what I so I got there early about 15 minutes before and was surprised to be given my room key earlier anyone saying it's not clean I witnessed them cleaning the carpets and my room so if your reading this on people having a go they might habe an agenda nice TV as this was mentioned that no TVs in the room well there was while I was there and it's app based not ariel or satellite Room was a good size with a TV stand and a chest of draws 4 I think nice side table and two places to hang clothes a lamp and a heater Kitchen with everything you expect toaster cooker kettle washer front/living room 3 settees and a coffee table and chairs to sit around for meal if you don't fancy having it your room fridge only and a separate freezer cooker microwave fire extinguishers and fire blankets was good to see TV in the main room and the front/living and kitchen are in the same open planned room. Got to mention Liam A Geordie the person looking the whole Shebang A Big Personality The first thing I Remember on entering Moor Park His Wide Smile On greeting me and A Good Hand Shake. Puts you straight at ease.

Told there was an enclosed garden so my dogs could run, but the gates were constantly open and and my dogs are not streetwise and tiny so could get under the gate.

Room was fabulous. Nice breakfast. Luxurious. Too many stairs for me as I’m disabled. Was under the impression that I was to have a ground floor room, only to find out all rooms are up one floor. Told dogs are welcome, then told abruptly in front of other patrons to take them out of breakfast room. Not consistent just a facade.

Moor parks apartment was a lovely stay for a few days i was greated by dan the manager at Moor park he was very nice and helpfull he showed me around the apartment my room was lovely and clean and dan gave me his mobile number and said do not hesitate to contact me if i needed anything, will be coming back again great place great price

The towels and throw provided had stains on them, there was other people staying there openly doing drugs and smoking inside, my room was left open before my arrival and keys just left in the door, really didn't feel safe or secure at any time, glasses left outside the front door, TV didn't work, chair in the room was damp and smelt of cannabis, no tea or coffee provided but said it was on booking.com, all round terrible experience, felt more like hostel then an apartment to stay in. The one good thing was the gentleman living at number 1 who was very nice and welcoming - he was attentive in showing us where the kitchen was (we didn't use it), he was cleaning up after other guests, giving his own food to another guest who was doing drugs

Phil and his staff were lovely and accommodating allowing me to arrive before check in time so I could sleep after working a night shift before the event I was in town for. They helped with taxi/uber numbers and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay here again if I had another event to attend. Thanks again. Zoe :)

Nothing at all. Cheap mattresses, unwashed and unhygiene bed sheets. Bad smell, smoking weed smell, unpleasant atmosphere, dirty kitchen, one shower had scalding water other one had overflowing shower tray. they just want money but won’t care about the customer. They promised me refund but after requesting 10 times no refund received.

Hello Phillip, been told this is the number to request refunds. I stayed in room 1 of Moore Park apartments on Saturday 27th January. We were first met by a homeless man that had too much to drink and had just been kicked out of the hotel, he was lingering outside trying to find a way back in and kept shouting at me and my mate to come over to him. Met the lad who was running the house and he seemed pretty sound and went out his way to go the shop which was sound. He took us around the building (which looked nothing really like the photos) and to our room. There were a number of issues with the bedroom. The first problem I noticed was that there were a number of hairs inside the bed, and a smell of sweat coming from the bed sheets. At this point I said to my friend I’m going to find a way home and he can stay there on his own. He didn’t want me to leave so he said he’d let me stay in the bed which wasn’t even a positive. Anyway after settling in we tried watching TV but we quickly realised there was no remote so we couldn’t do that. We didn’t want to stay inside so we went to the cinema to get out of the room. After coming back we were pretty tired and just wanted to leave so we decided to get some sleep with my friend volunteering to go sleep in the communal area untill early morning where we’d leave. He was soon brought into a room by the same lad we’d been seeing. After not sleeping one second all night due to the radiator being on full whack and the rooms being near non habitable, I heard a woman shouting down the phone aggressively from within the building in which I decided enough was enough and decided to get up. As I started getting up I got a call from a member of staff called liam, and judging from his aggressive tone he was asking me questions about my friend staying in an “ another room and asking me about the “activities” we were doing last night (which can I say was nothing as we hated the rooms). Shortly after I let on to the man I was aware

Worst stay i have had. The apartment was very dirty and unclean. The boiler was broken en the guys said that they would have it fixed. The whole stay it did not get fixed and we had cold water. The did not want to give a refund or at least half the price. The second night i did not even slept there anymore, because of the cold.

The guys are nice.
