Booking. Com said for our room we would get a patio. We actually got a balcony. Get your act together booking. Com and get you facts right. This sort of issue is not for the first time.

If I where to be really picky the only parts I found inconvenient is that there isn’t a hair dryer or an iron in the rooms

There is so much to do to keep the kids entertained. In all weather. The kid’s favourites where the play room and the pool. Mine was the 90minutes complimentary kids club!

Assumption that we knew how to operate a Nespresso machine ! Ended up with water everywhere and no coffee

The dining room was very basic in its appearance - definitely aimed at families whereas as an adult travelling alone I would have liked a more luxurious setting- however I was able to dine in the lounges which enabled me to dine in peace and quiet. The lunch and dinner menu were quite limited

The location was amazing. The staff were very attentive and very friendly I was upgraded to a larger room “ Lady Noble” The food was very good especially breakfast which was included in the price. Food was well cooked and nicely presented

There were a lot of children, which is understandable as it is a family friendly hotel, but it might be difficult to find peace there in high season!

This was great value for money. The room was very spacious. The staff were very good.

A small criticism- The Sauna . Sadly “ hogged” by a few chaps at the time we visited . Whilst we used the pool in the meantime and happily waited our turn, after an hour of waiting we gave up! One guy even left the sauna at this point , and saw us waiting and said to us “ I just need some water , but I’m going right back in ! “ 🙄 Maybe a sign erected on the sauna to respectfully remind users that this is a shared facility. But really , this was a small fly in our ointment, as otherwise we had a fabulous weekend away

All was good.

We were looking for a family hotel with some spa facilities and were not disappointed. The location close to the Fleet behind Chesil Beach is beautiful for walks no matter the weather.

There was nothing that we didn’t like and plan to stay again.

On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded. The room that we were given was absolutely beautiful and certainly helped to make our stay very memorable. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and showed us where all the facilities were. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast and lunch were lovely. All the staff that we met were warm and welcoming especially in the restaurant and the spa. The wreath on the day was very blustery, but I can imagine that if you were staying with children there would still be more than enough to keep them entertained.

Loved the room, which was a good size as was the bed and very comfortable. Ensuite bathroom was spacious and loved the Bromley toiletries we were supplied with. Food was of a high standard, lots to choose from at breakfast and a good evening menu, we also had a Pizza from the Pizza Teepee which was delicious. Lovely staff served us in the evenings for dinner, menu was also very good.

The property is located away from the main beach area but idyllic relaxing location. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They have thought of just about everything you may need or wish to do during your stay and children have indoor and outside activities in abundance. We found this hotel through a booking site and will definitely be going back for another, hopefully longer, stay.

we didn’t like a noise until 12 o’clock in the evening which was in front of our room so was hard to sleep until switched off, we guess there was a ventilation from kitchen….

The staff were fantastic, so kind and brilliant with our young daughter. The hotel interior is so well curated and the facilities for children are excellent. Would be highly recommend for families.

Absolutely everything it was beyond our expectations they treated our dog like royalty which is really important to us we don’t have kids but also so accommodating of children. We also got a free upgrade which was such a lovely surprise

An absolutely gem. Kids had an amazing time. There is so much to do for them and it’s great they can run around and enjoy themselves. The play barn is wonderful. As parents we enjoyed it there ad well! 😂
