Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI noticed a bug crawling on the pillow my daughter was lay on. This could of been down to warm weather and when we had come back to the hotel after being on the beach. Other than that nothing.
N/a for breakfast. Location was perfect for us as as central pier and coral island was near by which was ideal for us to go with out little girl. Every thing was perfect and I will definitely be going back to this one again. (Been to many over the years )

United KingdomWith it being on the top floor and the weather very hot it was very warm, a free standing fan would have been fab. Bunk bed mattresses were said to be a little uncomfortable. But still very clean and perfect for for a weekend away.
We had the family room on the top floor. Nice and clean, came with necessary supplies, such as tea and coffee etc. Double bed and singles very comfortable, lovely pillows and duvet. The land lady was lovely. The place was spotlessly clean.

Firstly the owners communicated travel issues we may experience before we arrived which I found very helpful. Upon arriving Denise was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very family friendly which is great when you are travelling with three children. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning which you pre order the night before.... it was cooked fresh. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
