The shower in our room smelled. But was no problem because you could close the door to the room.

The decoration is very nice! The rooms are really quiet.

Trying to be boutique but too impersonal. Check in could be Travelodge, stool and table! Decor is nice but painting everything black means everything is chipped in the rooms! I booked a large king and it wasn’t that big a room, can hear people above clearly as no carpets. No instructions for coffee machine, what’s the difference between blue and red?! Also toiletries lovely but both the same in shower, is one shampoo, can’t read the writing on bottles and pump tops don’t work well.?! No privacy in bathroom with glass wall, looks nice but not very practical. Expected more of a cosy club atmosphere for the price. Terrible condensation on inside of windows in the morning.

Very nice breakfast, comfy bed, good location near Kings Cross, nice toiletries and big towels.

I am only giving this feedback as I think it could be easily fixed with a fan. The bathroom condensation was terrible, after having a shower the whole area was soaking wet. Shame as the bath was huge and toiletries lovely. Heating did not really work room was quite cold.

The receptionist was amazing so helpful and we got an upgrade to a much better room. Loved the decor and bed was very comfortable Complimentary coffee etc was a lovely touch. Bath robes aswell.

The twin room was directly below the reception and it sounded like elephants were going across the room really often during the night whenever a member of staff walked across the floor. It prevented a proper night sleep which was a real shame. There’s no lift to get down a winding metal staircase which leads to the room and they were storing bags of laundry under the stairs directly outside the room door which ruined the rest of the aesthetic. The hotel equivalent of being sat right next to the bathroom door in a restaurant in my opinion!

We stayed in one of the twin rooms, which was nicely decorated, clean and spacious for London standards. The beds were really comfortable (although very small singles). Location is just a short walk from Kings Cross which is really central for loads of tourist attractions.

Nothing to dislike really. 5 minute walk to St Pancras was ideal.

We needed to stay in a hotel close to St Pancras station for one night to catch an early Eurostar the next day and this was ideal. The hotel was very cozy, the lady at the desk upgraded our room when we arrived and there were complimentary drinks in the room. The bed was comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower. I would stay here again for sure if I needed it for an early train.

The bathroom was a bit odd in the way you’d have to walk back into the bedroom itself and all the way round the corner to use the sink. No air con means the room could get warm. Speaking of which, being told “there is something called a window” by a member of staff wasn’t exactly ideal. While we’re sure it was meant as a joke - we’re not ones to be overly offended by this type of thing - it did rub us up a bit of the wrong way. Nevertheless, small niggles to an overall good experience

Beautiful property in an ideal location. We loved the Victorian-style detailing and the room was just as clean as you’d hope and well-stocked with all the trimmings

not really much breaktfast variety some places in the room are quite dusty. you can't see most of it because its very dark, but it is there. very dark hotel in general

close to kings cross and therefore close to everything. easy access to public transport. the little balcony/garden to the room is probably quite nice if its not raining and cold

Amazing staff, lovely room, nice and quiet even with central location. Well set up room, really comfortable. Staff and location incredibly dog friendly and Brinkley loved his teddy dog and can if beer!

Room at Basement floor could hear all walking and movement from right above, not very good for light sleepers.
