Apartment was hard to find as it looked like it was part of the restaurant next door. A bigger sign would have helped. I phoned the company and they were very helpful. It was my fault for not looking hard enough. Stairway doesn't look very nice, but don't let that put you off as the apartment is lovely

We weren’t told where the parking space was I had to ring for details There was an extractor fan thing in the kitchen which was noisy

There was a skylight in the bedroom that couldn't be covered letting in a lot of light in the morning, and also a window in the living room that didn't close properly letting in street noise.

Nice apartment in a central location, kitchen worked well and it was very clean.

The toast burned, which triggered the alarm but nobody reacted. There was definitely no fire extinguishers in the property. Also no exit signs. So, safety is an issue. Not so sure if it is good value for money under these circumstances?!

The property was very central and within walking distance of everything. Is was ample with good space. Communication with the host was excellent.

The sky light window in the bedroom made us have unsettled sleep, as the blind wouldn't work and caused us to wake up as soon as the sun came out. There was also no light in the landing and we had to use our phone lights to guide ourselves up and down the stairs.

Location was great, just walking distance to everywhere and the apartment was great for what we paid. Got free Wifi and they have a coffee machine. There was free parking at a house about a 4 minute walk from the apartment too.

The main building the apartment is located in is quite unappealing from outside situated next to a takeaway with a smell of stale cigarettes in the hallway but once inside the apartment I was very impressed

Just little things! The frying pan has seen better days and the lack of a loo roll holder on the wall or a shelf in the bathroom to put things on were frustrating, but the main thing was the lack of any obvious instructions for the coffee machine. We realised literally on leaving there was a brilliant online YouTube video for it (accessed via a QR code in the hallway), but this was doubly annoying as it was 11am checkout time when we saw it on our way out and prior to this we had wasted over half an hour trying to figure it out, making a mess in the process and wasting pods etc, all the while desperate for a good coffee that we never got to drink! A few labels on the machine itself would have helped enormously for coffee lovers who aren’t familiar with this type of machine eg where to fill it with water! Thanks.

A bit noisy as on the high street but with windows shut no issue. Creaky floorboards in above apartment could be heard. (Neither of the above are big issues - great stay would come back if we were in stratford again)
