Pull out bed would have been fine for the children, but we decided to stay on it and put the children in the bedroom. One side was uncomfortable.

No where to park car but we were provided with tickets for the parking.

I don't think that there was anything we didn't like about the apartment. Maybe having flyers of things to do in the area, but that's easy enough to find out online.

The location was fantastic, literally a quick walk over the road. The apartment was very comfortable and modern with everything you could want for a few days of week away. Belle was so helpful whenever I asked her a question and replied quickly.

Minor items slippery mats hazard inkitcgen one bed side lamp not working bed to large for room one ceiling light not working frezer not on ,filled with water but these are small trivial things Main thing parking booking .com said site parking day before we got there emaiil stated £5.00 per day for permit. Need to get booking. Com to state this when originally booked.

The sofa bed as it was not sturdy as kept coming apart and was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that was the only down fall xx

Shower was extremely hot. Maintenance man "fixed" it. Slight improvement but still very hot. Host was very helpful when shower problem was reported as well as being flexible with regard to checking in and out times.

Probably parking but it was a prime location so we found places to park and permits were provided by owners.

Pretty much everything was spot on, clean, lots of space, everything you need was provided here.

Street parking is the only option. Everything else was fab!

The apartment is perfectly located for Southsea and also for Portsmouth. It is comfortable and well equipped and the host was fab in helping us with parking vouchers.

Only negative is the lack of sound insulation from the flat above. Do take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and be considerate yourself for the neighbours below.

I communicated with Belle before our arrival and she was lovely. The apartment is wonderful and in an excellent location right near the beach front. It has a well-equipped kitchen area within the living room. Plenty of space for two people. The bed was huge and comfortable too. The bathroom is small but very clean and with yummy smelling quality soap/shampoo. There is a lift but be aware that the layout of the building means you will have one small flight up or down to access the flat. We would definitely like to stay there again. Although parking is expensive if you want to be right outside, we eventually discovered some free parking about 5 mins walk away in St.Mary's Parade alongside the Swan Park. You can easily walk to wonderful restaurants in the area. We loved Spice Merchants if you like Indian food. Thanks Belle - hope to meet you in person next time!

Bed was a little squeaky, and was a bit difficult to open windows for cool fresh air at night. Walls are a little thin (which obviously can't be helped) but you can hear others in the building walking around etc. Limited parking..

Lovely small little apartment, has everything you need in it to have a lovely weekend away. It's very close to the sea front and lots of amazing restaurants nearby.

Entrance hall and stairwell to the apartment block was rather worn and tired and in need of some reburbishment. Though that wasn’t within the apartment responsibilities.

Car parking permit was useful. Good location to attractions. Apartment had a nice kitchen and bathroom.
