We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bedrooms were very hot, but it was very hot outside anyway. The TV was very low so hard to watch, and there was no hairdryer.
Location was perfect for my grandson who was going to O2 and it was easy for us getting back and fore from Heathrow and also into the city.

United KingdomThe smell in the hallway was off putting but that's out of hosts control and could not be smelt in the apartment.
Could not fault the apartment. It is literally like a home away from home. Comfy beds. Felt light and airy but also cosy. Extra EVERYTHING. Towels sheets. Only stayed for two nights but could of easily stayed longer. We got there later than expected, host was really flexible and friendly.

United KingdomThe beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress was too thin and for both beds they squeaked when you rolled over. It was also very hot. Great that fans were provided but they were very basic and noisy. The accomadation had many kitchen utensils, just couldn't find a chopping board.
The location, it was clean and Shola was great on arrival giving lots of information about the apartment and parking. We really enjoyed our stay. Great that it was so close to Victoria line.

GermanyThe fifth person sleeps on an inflatable mattress. This was not immediately clear to me during booking. In the end, however, this was not a big problem. But for longer stays, this would not have been an option for us. The entire building heats up strongly on warm days, so that no pleasant temperatures can be achieved in the two bedrooms, even by airing the apartment.
The apartment is located in a good residential area and is well connected to the city center by the new Queen Elizabeth Line. A supermarket is also located directly in front of the apartment. The apartment is quite spacious and offers enough space for the five people. The equipment is good. The price is very low compared to other accommodations.

HungaryThe listing showed beds for 5 persons. There were only 4 and the owner gave us an inflatable bed and a pump! When I complained, she said the listing indicated this. I sent her screenshots of the listing showing 5 beds and also pictures of two double beds and a sofa bed, but she still declined any compensation. We would have never rented this place if we knew someone would have to sleep on an inflatable bed! I do not recommend this listing to anybody!

Location is good because well connected to transport facilities and also very easy to get to and from the O2 Arena, generally very clean and good facilities for use.

United KingdomThe apartment was quite hot. The room was like a sauna.... however, there were alot of things damaged or not working before I got there. I only started noticing them when I was there for 3 nights. I don't want to be charged for the things that were already damaged. The WiFi was abit slow. However, I enjoyed my stay.
I loved the area and surroundings. Great place to stay for a few nights. The place was pleasant. Lovely place and the apartment had a lot of information about the area and transportation.
