The location of this property for the purpose of our visit for a dance competition in the winter gardens was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have wished to be better placed

lack of a coat rack or facility in hallway, lack of hooks for towels in bathrooms, no frying pan, no oven gloves, - bedroom 2 did not have any wardrobes or facility for hanging clothes - water pipe banging every time the bathroom taps or shower were used

Needed more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen.

Loved the roof terrace and how big the rooms, hallways etc were! It was clean and comfortable. A real home from home.

Minor issue but the neighbouring apartment TV remote interferes with the tv and vice versa meaning it’s difficult to watch as the channels and volume will randomly change

Excellent apartment with a high standard of furnishing. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. In a great location and right next to a large public car park

The kitchen was a little understocked in terms of adult-sized mugs, which meant having to go a little out of our way to wash a mug immediately so that the next person could have their tea/coffee. There were the small espresso-style cups with the little machine, but I didn't use these. At first I missed on the Booking.com website that you need to pay a deposit and that the car park is a separate charge, these could be made a bit more apparent on the website.

The location was excellent, very central, and only a very short walk from Blackpool Winter Gardens where we were attending a weekend event. The property was really spacious, and had access to a rooftop terrace (though we didn't really take advantage of this in winter).

Having a Lift would be helpful

Location and size of the apartment are real advantage. Massive apartment for a family of 4. Clean and well maintained , don't have much to write on a negative side. Parking is just behind the street ( payable )

When we arrived it was a cold day, the apartment was cold as the heating had not been on. I made a call and the heating was sorted straight away.

The apartment was spacious and decorated to a high standard. The beds were comfy.

Sofa not very comfortable. Could do with more seating in general and coffee tables. Tricky to drop bags off before parking up

Loved everything but would be a nice touch to provide some fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge for future guests.

Only draw back is that we had to call the contact number to get the heating put on remotely. That was after trying to work out how to put the heating on for a good couple of hours. It wasn't clear that we needed to make a call, nor was the heating on a thermostat. But that really is the only minor complaint.

Fab location and excellent facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night so didn't have time to see how well equipped the kitchen was but all the basics seemed to be there with basic cleaning materials, tea & coffee and linen.
