Great, quiet location within walking distance to the beaches and Newquay town centre, extremely clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing place. We was feeling better like own home. Stuff is perfect. Owners treat people like own family. Rooms clean and with very good standards. Breakfast amazing to . I had a fantastic experience during my one-night stay at this charming guest house by the sea. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome by the friendly staff to the breathtaking view right outside the door. The room was cozy and well-appointed, offering a comfortable night's rest. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore was simply magical. The highlight of my stay, however, was the delicious full English breakfast served in the morning. It was cooked to perfection, with a generous spread of options to choose from. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach for a refreshing morning stroll. The staff members were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, with top-notch amenities, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere. Would have liked a larger bed as I booked 'large double' and it was a standard double bed.

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained guest house. Pur room had a gorgeous new on-suite shower room and lovely view. Breakfast was very tasty too.

Location was good, the room was well equiped and spacious. The shower was good, with plenty of space and good water pressure. The bar area was well appointed and had a full size American pool table for evening entertainment.

Our stay in this lovely guesthouse was superb! The location indeed was one of the best, near the beach as well as the town. The view was stunning! The rooms are all clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious! I have for a room upgrade and they accomodated us throughout. We'll definitely come back. Thanks to Margaret, her husband and the lovely Natalia 🙂

I highly recommend this place to stay. very clean, very clean everywhere, very cool location. They allowed us to check in early and helped us a lot with transfer to the airport! We'll definitely be back a wonderful place, don’t even doubt it!
