Nothing not to like!

The room at Milpool house was perfect, right in the centre of Dartmouth with parking right outside. It was warm and cosy, and the balcony was a perfect place to sit when the sun was out. Close to the river and all bars and restaurants, we didn't use the car once during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great find to friends and relatives. We will definitely be back.

It was a very snug room a lot smaller than in the pictures. If you mange to get a spot for your car next to your place great but if not you have to use park and ride which is very inconvenient.

My ground floor bedroom was right on the street and on the Thursday night there was quite a bit of noise and music from the pub next door. Settled down around midnight and didn’t bother me too much but perhaps a consideration if you’re needing an early night.

Perfect location. Room was lovely - full of character. Tassimo, hairdryer, towels, iron all included. Lovely quality bed linen.

It was easy to access/check-in and a great location in Dartmouth. Lovely room and en-suite which suited our needs. Wide variety of refreshments available was a pleasant surprise.

I wear glasses and I found the bedside lights too dim to read by. I didn’t mention it to the owner as I thought it might just be my eyesight!!!!

The location is wonderfully central and it was always nice and warm. The wi fi was reliable

The property was very nice and the staff where incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and central to town we opted for a room with a balcony and sitting out with the fairy lights on with music drifting up from the town below will now be one of my favorite memories. Water pressure great, loved all the helpful little notes around the room as well as the addition of milk and a fancy coffee machine in the room 10/10 higgky recommended

Bed a bit to soft for my liking (personal references) Bathroom - only has a fixed overhead (forest head) shower head. Parking would be a nightmare in the summer months The real negative to staying here for us is the pub two doors down, lots of noise from people going to & leaving the pub in the evening plus Saturday they had what sounded like a live band late afternoon & then a disco in the evening which could be heard quite clearly from inside our room.

Perfect location for visiting Darmouth Room - small room which was okay for a few days. Room clean & tidy with everything you could possibly need. Clean bedding & clean good size towels

Well positioned in the middle of the town. Parking can be an issue but that is for Dartmouth itself. Exceptionally comfortable and clean. Plenty of tea and coffee, everything you require

Parking or lack of! That said once I'd worked out the geography of the town that was easily resolved.

Great room . Great location. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Uncluttered and practical. It had everything I needed. Really lovely "private" feel to the accommodation. I would have been happy to stay much longer and I hope to return.

Parking was a challenge but good advice from owner on safe parking once unloaded. The nearby pub was a bit noisy as we stopped on a weekend but it provided a nice atmosphere and credit to the owners by 23:00hrs all was quiet.

Lovely room and complimented by a modern bathroom and period balcony overlooking the old market. The location provides just a two minute walk to the harbour, river and local shops. The balcony is perfectly positioned for afternoon sun!

I loved the room, it has everything I wanted, an en suite with a good shower, a comfortable bed, right in the town centre, a small fridge, tastefully decorated, very clean - plus a balcony! Noel was so helpful and friendly too, I’ll be back
