We arrived slightly late but no problem as Kay left us with a note for contact details. Kay is so lovely and friendly making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. Great view from our window. Would highly recommend, hope to stay again in the future.

One slightly narrow bottle-neck on a small B road heading towards the farmhouse was the only issue and that was miles from the property.

It’s a working farm with a beautiful property I understand to be three separate buildings built some hundreds of years ago now merged into one. What a privilege to be able to stay there and many acres of stunning landscape for walks.

    Would change nothing

This is a real Farm B&B - a working farm, and a traditional farmhouse, furnished and decorated as you might hope and expect. The extended fields lead down by an attractive walk to water meadows at the foot of the hill. The owners are most welcoming and ready to help with any problems. For an evening meal the nearby pub at Weston Underwood gives excellent value (not Sunday pm/Monday), but Olney is not far. There were a multitude of options for breakfast.

Rang and said we would be arriving late. Saw the car pull up came out to greet us. Asked if we had a nice journey showed us around before taking us to our room, asked if anything we needed for the rest of the evening. Definitely will be returning for another visit.

This is excellent place to stay. My room was very comfortable and I had my own bathroom. Guests have access to a dining and seating room area that overlooks the garden.

I couldn't get wi-fi in my room when I tried, and there was no notification about it that I could see.

The breakfast was way beyond my needs. I had to refuse the three courses available! Everything was fresh and well cooked. My room was beautiful, with an en suite, and felt like an old cottage from bygone days. Lovely!

Nothing at all. My Daughter and I loved it.

Kaye was such a lovely host and made us feel so welcome. If you're looking for a traditional accomodation, peace and tranquility in abundance, then look no further. Perfect location away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to places like Silverstone.

The beds made a noise everytime you moved in them, they were comfy though.

Lovely setting, warm welcome by Scout the dog and the owner. The room decor fitted the property reminded of my childhood visits to family friends. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty no rush. Lovely chats with the owner. Would highly recommend.

In colder weather it might get a little draughty in the room I stayed in. Otherwise no complaints.

My room was an addendum to the main house with stone walls and windows to the front and to the garden. Very nice atmosphere although of course not with the perks of a new building. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was absolutely adequate. The room had tv and coffee/tea-facilities. The hosts were very friendly and the English breakfast was very tasty.

Breakfast included cereal and full cooked breakfast. But sadly the latter was a little overcooked despite arriving at the allotted time.

A wonderful farm house location in the country but very close to my destination, Milton Keynes. Very comfortable room with every facility you could want for the money. Very good value indeed.
