The only thing I did not like was the fact I could not explore Weston Super Mare , I hope to return to do just that

I stayed here because of the location, I was greeted by a very friendly owner who showed me to my room and made me feel very welcome. Room was very good and very clean. The breakfast again was very good. I was really good value for money

Breakfast, not a fan of fry ups. I get that they are used to large parties where you have to efficient. Would forego breakfast in future personally.

A bit annoyed about the parking we were told to go the the council car park which we had to pay because if we parked we would have been blocking others cars in be a bit later 2 more cars were on the drive blocking so why couldn’t we have done that, WASN’T FAIR The owners should tell there customers to try and be quieter during the night 4.30am with people walking pass the room chatting and sort out one of the beds it creaks, hear everything what was going on…… lol….

Booking .com advert was misleading as no on site car parking and had to request sea view when got to hotel as paperwork to hotel only stated standard room

Had to get free hotel parking but was told to park elswere so ended up looking for parking 30min each time and spent over £25 for 2 day parking.

Beautifull sea side hotel. Pleasant staff. Good food.

No entertainment even though it was advertised, bar was never open. Electric point hanging off wall in bedroom and hotel in general looked very tired.

Breakfast was the best part of it all. Very tasty, plenty of choice and plentiful. Offered more of everything. Location was good but parking was a problem. We were told there was minimal parking, however when we arrived there was a vacant space but when we went to pull into it the manager came out and was quite rude and obviously objected to us using the space. He grudgingly agreed eventually but it made no sense, if there is a space to park what was the problem.??

The mattress was horrible, everytime moved it made a spring noise and when got up the springs would all pop.. The floor boards were so creaky, the walls are so so thin could hear people every word next door, and the TV signal is non existent (nothing to do with weather, the ariel are so old)..

Flew into Bristol on a delayed plane so I was late for check in at the hotel, Keith waited for me at the accommodation and kept in touch with how to get there and beat routes ect. Turned out to be carnival night which meant I arrived even later as bus couldn't get to end stop due to traffic and was still met with a smile and warm welcome even though he himself was wanting to go and watch the carnival. Nothing to do with the hotel but also highly recommend the Weston super mare carnival unlike anything I've ever seen before, will be back with family one day and I know where I will be staying
