To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I found the front desk really warm and welcoming and they were more than happy to help me with my issues. The mattress in the room was super comfy too (I wish I could have taken it home) . The breakfast was also good, the wee pancakes were lovely.

GermanyThe water pipes were whistling when someone used the bathroom, also from other rooms and this was rather loud. Lucky we didnt have neighbours who ran water in the night. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door which also opens & closes the wardrobe - so only one or the other is closed. Breakfast was at an extra charge of 14.-, but 18.- if you decide short noticed.
We had a comfortable decent sized room & bathroom. It was quiet. Staff very friendly and we could enter the room a bit earlier. It is in walking distance to Haymarket station and you can also walk to the city centre. Nice cafés around the corner as well as a Tescos. We got water, tea & biscuits in the room. It was also possible to store the bags for the day after check out. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel for a nice night. Comfy room, only used the bar, not restaurant etc. Left my phone in the bar when I packed up for the night but it was given back to me in the morning, extremely grateful. Friendly staff.

United KingdomWe requested an early check in before arrival and again upon arriving early at 11am, which I understand is not always possible. However we still couldn’t check in until after 4pm as the room was not ready. The heating/air con unit did not work and we requested to be looked at, we were given a portable heater but no one returned to look at the main unit. Also the room smelt when we arrived and was freezing cold due to the window being left open which I assume was to air the smell……..

The room was spacious & very modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Didn’t eat in the hotel but the menu was big enough and had something to suit everyone.

Great location, a short walk to the old town and a quiet area to get a good night's sleep. The staff were excellent, providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to get comfortable and checking us in a few hours earlier than the allocated time.
