We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNeed to give much better instructions to locate the entrance key boxes. Confusing as you book the Hotel Mentone and it is confirmed as Bay View Rooms…. Knighstone is definitely NOT the nearest car parking the car park next to the Old Colonial is much closer! And we lived in WSM for five years up to the summer this year so feel able to confidently make these comments.

The hotel was on the front-good. Free parking on a nearby street. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Usefui to have a microwave. Wifi worked well.
