No toilet roll or bath towels. Was cold when we got in as there was no radiators. Just a small electric heater. We was told it was a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was there.

Beds were uncomfortable, it was always cold, the window kept opening abit, couldn't get warm even with the blanket on no heating whatsoever and the beds was loud.

The room looked comfortable loved the view I would come back in the summer not the winter the staff seemed and was nice.

very cheap for a lads night out, staff very friendly, would go back but summer time as room was cold but didn't return till 06:00 for a 5 hour sleep before heading home.

the staff weren’t available wasnt clean ‘shower room’ was tiny and dirty, and the shower didn’t work toilet was a box standard room and the sink was in the hotel room the beds weren’t properly clean

They were very accommodating but it's not very accessible, be aware there are stairs into the building and a very narrow and steep staircase going up to the rooms. The layout of the room also made it difficult and we had to move a bedside table and heater to get in and out easily. This wasn't their fault at all, it just isn't very clear on the website!

The room was clean and reasonably priced. It had its own little sink which was handy and a great little fridge with an ice compartment which was great. The staff were so friendly.

Was due to stay at the mellroy but due to damage in the room I booked I had to be put into another hotel only bad part was it was right down past the pleasure Beach so was a long way from the original place but room was basic enough and met my needs for the one night I needed it for

The room size was okay. Some mattresses/bed were very comfortable but one or 2 wasn't. The shared toilet was messy. No cleaners to clean the environment including toilets. Toilets bin got filled up to the brim and wasn't emptied for days. Hotel users are the ones to go trash bin across the road. Nevertheless we had fun because it's a very good location and we had to make it our own to enjoy d four days we spent. One of the electric kettle was an eye sore. There should be bigger bin in the toilets for the fact that it's shared atleast to make it look neat and avoid rubbish from dropping on the floor.

Customer service was great. Fantastic location and quietness.

he was very rude on the phone and then put the phone down on me. The room had not been cleaned.curtains was falling off tv didn’t work. Plugs was working. No milk. Couldn’t used WIFI

Lovely family run hotel, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn’t stay long in the hotel for an event. Bed was comfortable, room was nicely decorated and warm.

In need of some serious tlc (peeling plaster on bedroom roof. Shared toilets. Mirror too low to be practical.

Comfy beds. Great central location. Relatively cheap option. Staff seemed friendly.

Toilet was wobbly and tap in sink didn't work. Apart from a few little repairs was a great stay.

Location was excellent, brilliant value for money and was a comfortable nights sleep.

There's no sound proofing at all in the hotel walls are very thin and the doors don't close properly so we were disturbed by other guests entering and leaving their rooms

No breakfast option which was fine the location is excellent very central to everything
