The main restaurant/bar area closed during our stay which meant a little lack of atmosphere but there was another restaurant accessible from the lobby area where we had a very nice breakfast.

Great location at Kings Cross. Comfy bed and good facilities. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all lovely and helpful too. A little noisy on one night but then the location is in the middle of the Kings Cross area so to be expected.

I was very surprised to be asked to pay an additional £100 deposit on top of the room rate when I arrived. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it has never been requested before;

I liked the friendly welcome when I arrived and the complimentary glass of prosecco. The room was spacious and clean and in a great location for St Pancras station.

During my stay the street in front of the hotel were closed for repaired. So a little difficult if you come by car. And the decoration of the room doesnt look like in the pictures.

The shower. It is so difficult to turn on and adjust the knobs because of the glass partition. We were not able to use the massage function of the shower because the shower room is small and has only a half glass partition and no glass door. We have to ask several additional towels to keep the water from the shower from wetting the toilet area.

It is very near the St. Pancras International and the Kingscross stations.

Not quite sure why this hotel is 5 stars - the room phone didn't work and there was water damage and potentially mold on one of the bathroom walls. There is no room service. Also, check-in time was at 2pm, but our room wasn't ready until 3.15pm.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, right across the street from King's Cross/St Pancras. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are complimentary ear plugs, water, coffee, tea and toiletries in the room, as well as a robe and a hairdryer to use.

The interior decoration of the hotel is fantastic but unfortunately our room was very dark (a problem when you are checking you haven't left anything behind). We chose not to eat at the hotel because food and drink was expensive.

This is the best location if you are catching Eurostar. The lift is an advantage if you have large bags and it is close to a range of restaurants and the tube. Good soundproofing.

Proximity to the station also means it is noisy if in the front side of the building facing Euston Road - no amount of glazing can block that out so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. I did and the staff were very helpful to move me. Also the beds were a bit soft for me, which is a personal preference but worth noting for comfort

I had booked a junior suite but it appeared I had been given an accessible/family room which was a little challenging (wheelchair level sink when I am 5'11) and wet room instead of shower/bath.

The room was well presented and comfortable. Lots of little goodies including a delicious spiced corn mix and fruit pips handed round at bedtime. Check in and out was easy with excellent service.

The Megaro was fabulous. It is so quirky, I loved it! The room was small but comfortable and fine for a short stay. Conveniently located directly opposite Kings Cross St Pancras station.
