The room was so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was tremendous and Helen is a wonderful host who couldn’t do enough to ensure we had the perfect stay.

We stayed there to go a wedding 2 miles away which was fine. If you were staying to visit places you would need a car.

Helen who ran the place was lovely and very welcoming. Be prepared to loosen your belt, Helen is a feeder and has cake ready all the time.

Everything was perfect

Helen is an excellent and friendly host who goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. The breakfast is superb and the wheaten bread absolutely delicious

The bathroom was small, but if there are only 2 people it is fine.

Helen is a superb hostess who makes you feel right at home. Her brown bread at breakfast is delightful, but the homemade shortbread cookies that are waiting for you in your room are the BEST!!!

The breakfast was tailored to suit us and was well presented and cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff obviously enjoyed having guests around. The location was perfect for us - a family home in the quiet countryside but only 3.5 miles from the outskirts of the town. Could not have been better. A big thanks to Helen from her Californian visitors.

I don’t have a single complaint !

I cannot say enough about Helen and this property ! I felt as if Helen were part of my family ! She made me feel at home and provided the most excellent breakfast and homemade jams and bread that I still talk about to my friends and family ! We love you Helen !

Helen was so warm and welcoming . On arrival Helen gave me a slice of homemade Victoria sponge cake and had even made my wife who is Coeliac some Gluten free shortbread. The breakfast was amazing , it included overnight oats , cereal , homemade bread , fruit salad and traditional Irish breakfast. Knowing my wife was Coeliac Helen went to great lengths to ensure there was no chance of cross contamination . Just a mention for Helen's friend Jenny who helped with breakfast , who was so kind and helpful. Both Helen and Jenny went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed . We stayed in the triple room with our Son as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Galgorm resort .

Everything, beautiful place to stay. Our host Helen was so welcoming and went out of her way to make us comfortable and looked after us very well. Super comfy beds, lovely rooms, beautiful guest lounge to use. Breakfasts were great with yummy homemade jams. The rooms were fully equipped with everything you could want, including microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Homemade shortbread biscuits too. Highly recommend it for a lovely peaceful stay.

Helen the host is the nicest lady you could meet , nothing was to much trouble for her , so clean comfortable and literally home from home , couldn’t recommend this B&B more if I tried Xxx
