Our room had a low doorway and 6'2 hubby didn't quite make it !

Beautiful house in a lovely location and spotlessly clean. Every little extra provided in the rooms . Beautiful cake on arrival and biscuits and full range of drinks refreshed daily. The breakfast options were extensive and everything cooked to perfection with generous portions served up.

This is a beautiful property of the highest standard. attention to details is fantastic, from the homemade cake on arrival to all the little touches that make your stay perfect. nothing is too much trouble for the staff who go the extra mile and are so lovely. The hot tub is an added treat & adds to the relaxing nature of the stay.

Only area for improvement a bit of oil on the bathroom door for the creaking which in itself is charming but can wake light sleepers.

Fantastic find. Exceptional accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast better than most 5* hotels. Will definitely be back!

There was nothing not to like.

We really enjoyed our stay at meadow view a beautiful room and a lovely cooked breakfast every morning. Sam and her staff are very friendly. Thank you for a lovely weekend. X

Everything was excellent.

It wad 5 star in every way. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.Staff were very welcoming. Lovely to have the use of the hot tub after exhilerating walks. Excellent location. Would love to return and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

As an outdoorsy couple we found it very hot inside which made breakfast a little uncomfortable, and we had to keep windows open in the room.

To be honest not a gripe at all but I would of prefered a larger TV in the room but thats a very small concern just would help make it a better room.

Amazing Place we were a little bit unsure as not stayed in a Guest House before but this was nicer than some hotels we have stayed at. Hot tub was an added bonus and breakfast was great. Also we were on the ground floor which was handy. Also it was our wedding anniversary and we were met with strawberries and a free bottle from the minibar by Sam lovely gesture. We loved our stay at Meadow View. The rooms are beautifully clean and comfy. The staff are wonderful and the Hot Tub is brilliant! :) They’ve thought of everything and all the small touches are appreciated.

Situated in a really pretty village, Meadow View is a real find. So comfortable, in all ways! A lovely welcome and after a long journey to have homemade sponge cake and tea awaiting us was so nice. A wonderful sleep in the top quality bed! Hot water for showers and bath! Heating to keep us cosy!

The only minute , tiny thing was that we didn’t want to hear the medical traumas of one of the staffs parents conversations with all the details while we were eating breakfast on departure day ! The other couples noticed it as well. Just keep those to private conversations, I would advise . But didn’t reflect of how good our stay was

Room was spotless, shower was great, comfy bed, they had thought of everything. The communal lounge was perfect, breakfast was exceptional served by such friendly staff. We didn’t use the hot tub as forgot our swimsuits, but I bet that would have fabulous too.
