the shared kitchen was dirty (probably due to others not cleaning after themselves!) and the water butt (white) doesn’t work well and the other water carrier was empty

The kitchen is a bit basic. Same with the tent interiors. Mattresses on the floor and a fan heater and light.

Lovely setting and great amenities i.e. showers and loos. Nice to have use of the BBQ and found free coals to use 😁 Very relaxed vibe.

Walking to the toilet during the night but as i have never been camping before I didn't know what to expect, kicthen area was a little muddy until you reach decking area

The bell tent itself was brilliant Mattresses on the floor with clean sheets ready to go. Kicthen has everything you needed for a hot drink fridges microwave and picnics bench outside every tent.

This was our first time glamping and it was not as "glam" as expected. It was great not to have to bring and pitch a tent, and also not to have to sleep on mats but you do have to bring everything else including bedding and towels. The tent floor was clean and dry but there was obvious mildew on the canvas itself. It didn't bother us necessarily but there were a lot of bugs in the tent which is probably unavoidable in this type of setting. Our double mattress was comfortable but there was a definite dip in the middle! The kettle in the kitchenette was very very slow and was prone to leaking so would recommend a replacement.

We booked a last minute stay to make the most of the end of the good weather at the end of September and stretch out the summer. In general we really enjoyed our stay and the easy access to Marwell Zoo and Winchester. The shower and toilet facilities were clean and there was lots of hot water. Kitchenette has fridge space, 2ring hob, microwave, lots of cups and plates, cutlery, tea and coffee and kettle. Check in and out were very straightforward. Great to have a heater in the tent, a lamp, bbq and picnic table. Lovely to see the stars in the evening

Had the experience of camping with creature comforts eg bed, light, heating in tent. Shared kitchen facilities. Toilets/showers always pristine. The on-site restaurant had great food and reasonable price. All staff super helpful and welcoming. Spent some time with the owner at the bar and he was a very nice guy. Definitely will be returning with friends in the near future. Thank you

Activities on site were a little pricey. You had to drive to shop (nothing near by) But on a whole, nothing really to moan about!

The owner was lovely & welcoming..always on site but not interferring. Tents were good size with everything you need Communal kitchen a great extra, with lots of equipment. Good site with lots of activities.

Bed was wobbly, it was itching. It was too hot & no fan provided. Toilets didn't have a bin. Water in the sink had too high pressure, it splashes out & makes the clothes wet.

It was a lovely experience. Much of the kitchen facilities was great.

I think the facilities could be better planned ie sink in the communal kitchen area rather than separate place. Also I expected the Bell tents to be a little more luxurious than they were. Maybe more effort and larger communal area and some more facilities for children to play would be good.

I liked the site as a whole was great and the location.

Kitchen tent could have been cleaner but it was very wet when we were there which didn’t help also some campers didn’t clean up after using facility’s which is very annoying.

When we arrived reception had no confirmation of our booking at all!!! I was not impressed as I have a confirmed confirmation sent through to me back in Feb of 2023. T Our stay was July 2023 so we booked plenty of time in advance. Luckily the staff were so friendly and helpful they managed to fit us in at the Marwell Safari tents which were fantastic. If it wasn't for the staff we would have been left without a place to say which is unacceptable.

The staff were brilliant and accommodated us exceptionally well considering Booking.com messed up. I cannot fault the venue at all. The problem was booking.com of which I will not be using to book places again.

Grass needed cutting around tent so kids can see the pegs going into the facility polly tunnel The shower pressure was dreadful if more than 2 people are in using others. Have a sink in the facility polly tunnel to make washing up easier.

The bell tents, the surrounding area. The camp was clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend to people and i would definitely return.

The toilet and shower block was a little dirty with lots of water on floor as the sink taps were too powerful and sprayed water everywhere.

We had a little issue upon arrival but all was rectified super quick and to a high standard. Shower/toilet blocks were all super clean.

The toilets were a few mins walk away, but not a big issue.

Very nice - well laid out, comfortable, warm, power and cool box & ice packs available. Kitchen tent was great! tent was waterproof against downpour too!
