The seating in the living room could have been better. Only one couch for all 4 of us, which was very, very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was not prepared for our stay, even though we got there an hour early. We went to a pub during that time and still nothing was prepared to make things quicker. The site said toiletries would be provided but only one tiny set for two of us for a week. The toilet paper was poor quality and ran out quickly. We were told that no more of either would be provided and needed to replenish on our own. The bathrooms were a good size but the tub/shower in the master was very high, awkward for a shorter person but would be impossible for an elderly or disabled individual.

The location was great. We wanted to feel part of the community vs travelers. There was great grocery shopping all around, neighborhood pubs/taverns and very close to a tube station. Our view from the apartment/balcony was great especially at night. The space was a good size for 4 of us. It was nice having a complete kitchen with all the food shopping around us.

Lack of luggage room, had to pay late check out to 3pm to store luggage on the last day. When I picked up the luggage the guy told me I could have stayed till 6pm which took us a big part of the day of to visit London.. the Indian guy in the front desk does a poor service

-the location where the trash dumpster is located wasnt too clear where it was located. apart from that everything else was pretty much ok

Great location, receptionist named Murugan was really helpful, room was clean and big for a family of 4, had a washer and a kitchen which was perfect for having breakfast, overall a great place to stay for the price

We enjoyed having the serviced apartment so we could easily prepare our own food and do laundry for our family of 4, including two hungry teens, as needed. There is a Tesco supermarket attached to the building to pick up supplies. The location was easily accessed by the Tube, and also walkable to London Bridge, Tower of London, the Globe theater, the Tate, Burrough Market and great restaurants.

Grocery shop literally 2 min away from the entrance, if you have any dietary needs, you can cook, microwave or even walk towards the nearest market. If you’ve never lived alone earlier - no need to start now.

Staff on arrival refused my husband who has bladder problems to use the toilet , as we were early for check in , the toilet was right there in lobby and after paying the property £774 least they could do was let him use the bathroom

The only negative about this property is that any noise from other guests, sounds like they were actually in my room at points throughout the night.

Decent size, great location, ideal that there is onsite parking too.

i struggled with washing machine as could not find the manual for that in there. i would suggest if manuals could be made available , that will come handy.

I chose Marlin apartments as it was just 5 minutes walk to my course venue. it was safe and quiet and the view was really good. I also found Tesco supermarket downstairs which was really helpful as it was ramadan and getting things from just downstairs was just nice. public transport was easily accessible. reception was helpful. inside of the apartment was furnished and good availability of wifi. its a bit pricey but i got what i wanted. would recommend to anyone traveling alone, or in family.

The cleaning process of the room is done every 7 nights not everyday.

The Location is superb and almost near everything The apartment is value for money. The receptionist Mr YAHYA was super helpful and kind. I was so pleased to meet and deal with him during check in, stay and Check out .and I would highly recommend the hotel

Its not obvious how you actually get into the place. I phoned when google maps delivered me to where I was supposed to be, called and was directed to waterloo, then went back to london bridge and finally got in. Corridors are a bit prison like, no signs as to where the lifts are so you could walk round along dead end corridors for ages Still haven't recevied my invoice despite asking and chasing
