The room was extremely warm (even without the heating on). We needed a fan in November!

Drivers License was left in the scanner, but the hotel staff were kind enough to bring it back to me. However care to make sure this gets back after scanning would be the only thing id mention.

Friendly hotel staff at Check in. I dont often stay in appartments. More Hotels but this was within budget and easy to find/checkin and free upgrade.

On final visit, only one of the two elevators were working.

I would like to mention that the black bin in the kitchen wasn't empty out when we checked in the room .

The location is good.the public transport is nearby,the shops are closed to get to,The rooms are spacious .The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. My boy left his small dinosaur toy in the reception,one of the members of staff bought it all the way upstairs to us, that's a bonus! We would come back next time in london. Highly recommended.

The staff on the front desk were obviously in training- understand this needs to be done but when we checked out the staff member supervising was distracted by lots of different requests- we had to pay cash in the end and hope it was processed OK! We couldn’t hang around any longer…. There is nowhere to store luggage- can pay for early checkin or late checkout- but it may not be available.

Spacious apartment ,quite well equipped ( but we didn’t cook!) excellent wifi. Quiet location but convenient for transport. Tesco Express next door and there were alot of pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. Would come back

Some basic things were expected, like clothes hooks/racks are missing in the hall way and also none in the bathroom.

Quiet but very convenient location, about 5 mins walking to the underground station. Tesco express is just downstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are ok and if any further requests the staff are happy to help. Rooms are as shown in the photos online.

Beds, particularly the sofa bed were uncomfortable. Fixture and fitting a but tatty. Marks and scratches on walls and ceilings etc. Needs a fresen up.

When I first arrived I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness . Needed a good dust as it was thick with it under coffee table and dining table . Pulled plug out from bath and it was full of long unpleasant hair ! ( photos taken and shown to staff) also the sofa bed was all made up which wasn’t needed as it was only myself booked in so no where to sit Very disappointed !

View of the Shard is amazing, space is amazing, location so close to London Bridge is superb. The hallway wall outside the apartment 128 could do with re-painting as it's peeling off the walls. Reception staff were so friendly and engaging.

Staff were great and were able to provide us with a terrace with the room to celebrate a special occasion. Great location, walking distance to tower bridge and the shard. Room was very large and comfortable.

The washing machine did dry our clothes properly but was sure if we were using correctly as it was both in one

The property was in a great location, close to the famous Borough Markets and 100m from the underground. Rooms were large and kitchen was equipped with everything to cook with.

The entry directions were not clear and we had to look for the entrance. Once we found it, it seemed obvious.

It was very clean and convenient to both bus stops and the underground station.

The location is fantastic! Tesco express downstairs, a few minutes to the tube station and a short walk to borough market.

But having the apartment at the very end on the extremely long corridor we did use the service elevator and service entrance more often than not, But that also meant that if we needed any access to the Front desk we needed to walk around the outside of the building or use the main elevators which were at the other end of that very long corridor. Also though cleanliness in the apartment was pretty faultless, the corridors weren't kept to that standard. We often saw little bits of waste paper and other scraps on the carpet,

All was as described and the fact we had an apartment facing the back street made sure it was quiet, though we were on a lower floor (2nd).

Only 1/2 fans worked during very warm weather, and opening the windows at night brought in lots of mosquitoes and bugs. The floors were also warped and everything felt a bit old and outdated.

Close location to the Thames and lots of tourist attractions. Spacious apartment style rooms.
