Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesSince this is a service apartment, you will get any service if the stay is more than a week. I would recommend a more frequent cleaning atleast. Additionally there should be some flexibility for early check-in, it’s paid though. But since people are already paying premium pricing for location, there should be some flexibility.
Location is the main USP of this property, with walking distance from Borough tube station and proximity to major tourist attractions, the commute becomes easy. Highly recommend for people who want to avoid wasting time in commute.

United StatesBeds not comfy and not to the level of hotels. No hot water in kitchen sink, altho I managed without it and didn't mention to staff until checkout. "Did I check the boiler room for a tripped circuit?", one asked. Dear God I wouldn't want to touch anything in the boiler room. I guess I should've looked like I would have investigated such problem in my own home, but I'm on vacay! Also lighting was dim.
Close to bus stop and train station. ,24 hour mini Tesco next door. Quiet at night away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Good size unit with two baths modern kitchen, balcony, airy no need for a/c. Good water pressure in showers. Two day basic essentials provided. Staff super friendly and accommodating. They are the stars of this place. Efficient lifts, there's a chute for trash.

United StatesWith that said, if you're looking for party/bars scene, this is the best place for you. Ridiculously bars everywhere, esp borough market area. About the apt, nice and clean. Didnt really needed the kitchen, but fridge was useful. From the reviews, I knew it didnt have AC, but damn it was humid and hot in London the days we were there. Only 1 fan was available in the room, had to ask for another for the other room. Didnt get it til the next morning. Even with windows open, no air seems to come in.. and you'll just hear the noise from the street even after midnight. Even lobby was hot.
Good size. Clean. Good location. Close to Borough Market, train stations, coffee shops, restaurants.

United StatesNo paper towels provided, window in one bedroom was broken so you couldn't just open the top portion. Sliding glass door also weir, needed to unlock a safety at the top to close the door, which is weird. There was no hot water the first night I went to take a shower.
Price is pretty good for what you get. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for two nights and it was fairly priced. Location is ok, there is a small Tesco next door, so grabbing groceries is easy to do. WiFi is pretty fast and the TV is fairly large.

United StatesThe check in was easy. Early check-in has a charge but that was communicated ahead of time. Apartment was spacious. Location is good. The days were cool so we did not find lack of ac an issue. Convenient to have washer. The reception was helpful when I had an issue with unlocking my suitcase. Cons: very limited supplies like bath products, washing detergent, coffee sachets, sugar etc. There was a tesco next door so not a huge issue. Check-out time seemed early (10:30am)
