We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

In the centre, quiet but right near the restaurants and shop. The property was two bedroom , lovely large bathroom and very clean and well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Has a flight of stairs to the apartment. This was perfect as we had the apartment next door as well.

United States of AmericaThere is no parking on site and while the car park is only about a two minute walk, you must get a pay and display ticket by 8 am every day except Sunday. If you like to sleep in, be aware that the church is next door and there could be bells ringing on Sunday mornings or other occasions.
The apartment is in a great location and an easy walk to some good restaurants, a great bakery, and the train station. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and in good shape. James could not have been a more thoughtful and welcoming host.

United KingdomThe only downside is the town church bells which go off every 15-30 minutes. They chime throughout the night which will keep you awake. It would be helpful if the property info had this mentioned on it as a note prior to booking so that you can consider your options. If you are a light sleeper (as I am) don’t expect to get a full nights sleep.
A really lovely apartment, very clean and everything you could need. Lovely to have some milk and tea/ coffee for when we arrived.

United KingdomLounge area was a bit dark. Closest parking was at the bottom of a hill - pay and display from 8am-6pm, free on Sundays.
Location is great, just off the market square. Well equipped kitchen. Warm and comfortable. Loved how you could hear the church bell chiming gently every quarter hour. Excellent location for the Treacle Market.

United KingdomYou need to bring earplugs. There is a horrendously noisy church clock which brings Nd bongs all day and night. Every 15 minutes. On the first night I hot about 1hr worth of sleep. And I wasn't even in the front room. It would be good to get accoustic coating on glass windows and supply ear plugs for gusts.
Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Apart from earplugs. Appreciated the coffee, milk & biscuits. The place was very clean. Very cosy. Central location for Macclesfield with plenty of shops nearby.

United KingdomOdour by front door - not great for first impressions but cannot be detected as you walk upstairs to living area. TV had no channels at all when first turned on. Landlord attended next day and rectified within reason as many channels still missing; these channels were lost during the evening. Only TV in property. Landlord stated he will resolve.
Well presented and clean. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Full range of kitchen equipment if needed. Great location for short stays.
