Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartment was spacious enough for our family of five and well situated in Bath to be able to walk to the abbey and the old Roman baths and directly adjacent to the royal crescent.

United KingdomEverything was great and the only very minor issue was that the oven markings had worn off so we needed a bit of trial an error to find the right settings.
The apartment was in a fantastic location on a quiet street very near the Royal Crescent. Bath city centre and the shops were just a short walk away. The apartment has spacious lounge and 2 bedrooms both with a double and single bed. It was ideal for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, pans etc. The bathroom had a good shower and there was ample hot water. Dan the host was very helpful and allowed us a late checkout on the Sunday which was very much appreciated as it allowed myself and my daughter to shower after running in the Bath Half Marathon. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bath and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

United KingdomYou need to find a parking space on the road nearby to drop your bags off unless you only have hand luggage. Watch your legs on the double bed closest to the front door - the leg nearest the window isn't great for the shins!
The apartment was in a great location - it was a perfect location for walking to the high street. It had all of the amenities we could need and it was clean and comfy. It was also nice and quiet in the evenings. Parking was close by.

United KingdomWe were welcomed into the lovely apartment by a helpful set of recommendations left by the owner of the apartment. The cozy property was very central and, for this, reasonably priced. The beds were also very comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Bath.
