The stair is quote steep, understanding for an apartment at this age and area. People with big luggages, like ours, should be careful and beware of it. The older people with bad knee also need to be considerate before booking the place, if you get the 3rd floor room that will be a very bad deal. Our family manage it well and to get the luggage down is quite challenging but at least the stair are carpet so it kinda soften the weight of the luggage. Still like this place though.

Location of this apartment is a plus point, in the middle between St.Pancras station and Russell Square tube station. Easy to move around and get back to the apartment. It is also next to the Brunswick Center which is a shopping center in the area, with Waitrose and Tian Tian asian market in it! The room is quite enough space compare to other places I look through before deciding. There are small kitchen, microwave/fridge/stove/coffee machine/kitchenware, which is good for some who wanna cook somethings. There are parks nearby in a walking distance and I love it very much. The neighborhood is very good. The bathroom is not too small and enough for a good shower.

Said had coffee machine, couldn't find one and said had laundry facilities but none on site (although there was laundromat within 100 meters). Was lots of road noise at night, along with noise from above

the kitchen equipment is in need of some attention. The timer dial on the microwave was not working reliably, the fridge settings were wrong-food froze even with the fridge on its lowest setting- and the plug in the sink did not hold water. these are all things that could be easily rectified and would improve the apartment

the appartement is quite noisy, i do admit we are difficult sleepers so this might be ok for others.

very complete and clean appartment, really everything you can imagine is there. location is brilliant, we travelled from the station and its just around the corner. good sleeping alternative if you decide not want to max out on hotel costs.

Oven too complicated. Couldn't find online instructions and struggled to use it in anything other than microwave mode. Not sure if it was not functional or if it was operator error?

Location was good for Russell Square tube. Apartment was clean and quiet. Local were friendly. Waitrose 2mins away.

Extremely warm when all heating is on in the building. Quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday night due to some single glazed windows.

Too hot - couldn’t turn the towel rail off so had to have windows open throughout my stay despite the fact it was November and about 5 degrees outside.

The building is not well insulated for sound and there was significant noise from other rooms and people going up and down the stairs.

The room was well appointed with everything needed to prepare basic meals, a comfortable bed, room for clothes and basic toiletries and cleaning materials. The coffee machine and pods were very welcome and the local facilities on Marchmont Street are really handy.
