In a competitive business the customer care and proactive nature of the host makes all the difference. We had top class service and information from our host regarding the property and our short stay. Good service and customer care needs to be rewarded and I have no doubt this will be a popular place to stay. Absolutely nothing. Everything was just great.

The property is very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything you will need for your stay, even toothpaste in case you forget. The area is very quiet with various international take aways. The host Vivien could not help you enough, her friendly and very informative information about the property and the local surroundings was second to none. I have been working away from home for nearly 40 years for business purposes and i can honestly say i have never met a more helpful, courteous and welcoming host. Very highly recommended from me.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy little apartment fully equipped with all the appliances you could need. We really appreciated the breakfast, which made us feel immediately at home. Vivian made sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer our questions and even offered suggestions for things to do in the neighborhood and local restaurants and stores.

I have to say everything has been excellent! The owner was incredibly attentive, goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible stay for the customer. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the little complimentary food items and would encourage others to stay here. Although a little outside central London still very easy access via trains. A little gem of a place that was a pleasure to stay the night at!

Everything was great!

Cute little apartment. Issue with keycode when I arrived, but Vivian came over straight away from where she was (Gatwick I think?) to sort it out. In the meantime, I got to meet some of her lovely neighbours! Also, obviously, got to meet Vivian, who is lovely! Apartment itself was very comfortable.

The apartment was really nice, clean and all new. It had all the comforts and appliances needed for a comfortable stay (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, etc). It is located in a quiet area, close to shops and parks and to Blackhorse lane tram station. The host was also really kind and quickly replied to any question or message. I would really recommend it!

Nothing I didn't like or feedback I can give to make it better.

The home was very lovely. Was a smaller space but was still set up neat and comfortable. Didn't want to come out of bed. And everything was easily straight forward.

The property has everything you need for a short stay, it was clean and with a small area outside with table and chairs. Bus stop is a small walk from the house and it has two major stations not too far away. Real great location and the owner is really nice and made sure I was comfortable and I had everything I needed…I would definitely recommend it!

The entire apartment was compact but comfortable and had all the right additions. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for having extension leads by the bed. Bed was comfy and the fan was so welcome as it was v hot.

Only one pub in the area which was no problem for us as we attended a concert at Crystal Palace Park

The property was clean and tidy and very suitable and affordable for our 2 night stay. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and with directions and local amenities available. It was a close distance from the railway station so easy to get around. There were plenty of take aways offering various foods and a convenience store within walking distance. Just a short taxi ride to Crystal Palace Park - ideal for concerts. Will definitely stay again if travelling to that area in the future.

The neighbors were a little noisy and with thin walls music carries well into the apartment, but it was during daytime (reasonable hours) - so did not bother us at all.

The apartment was easily reachable through the backyard with good description by the host. The apartment itself was cozy and had all the needed amenities. Vivian is easy to reach via the messenger in the app or by mobile phone and checks in regularly to make sure everything is perfect!

My host was attentive, organised and very thorough. The property itself was very well equipped with everything that one could possibly need. I loved the personal touch of supplying a continental breakfast including milk, eggs and croissants.

On arrival I met with the host, who was very warm and welcoming. She kindly showed us around which was really a lovely touch. The flat was was very clean and tasteful. Really nice ! The little touches like the small wine bottle and a can of beer in the fridge to the great inclusive breakfast offering which is rarity with most short term rentals . The flat certainly had everything we needed and more . Location wise, it was just a bus/ tram ride away from the town centre. We parked our car in the street which was free on the day were we met friends .Lots of takeaway along the way. . All in all this was a really great stay and this property a real gem. Once that would most certainly be staying again.
