The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The pillows a little lumpy. I received multiple emails relating to the booking, asking on more than one occasion for deposit payment even after I had followed the link to pay by Credit card.

Accomodation was centrally located and was clean and quiet. Easy to follow instructions provided

Had a couple issues with the service and moving around etc but was well recovered by staff. Was woken up early morning when late checkout was sorted beforehand but was sorted straight away.

There is a 100 pound deposit required for the property which did take a week to be credited back to my account but I can see why they request this when you see the effort that has gone into the apartments, in terms of the apartment there were a few minor problems but this didn't affect our stay, there was a cigarette burn in the sofa which isn't the owners fault, there was food left over in the refrigerator which we just disposed of and we unfortunately couldn't get the tv in the bathroom to work, this wasn't a major inconvenience but would have been a nice addition and I'm sure if we had called the owner he would have advised on how to do it. Overall these were minor issues that I wouldn't hold a grudge to and will hopefully return again one day.

We stayed in apartment 4 which was absolutely beautiful, large corner sofa which was extremely comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bedroom and bathroom with both a spa bath and rainfall shower. If you're looking for somewhere close to the bars and restaurants this is the perfect spot.

One of the blinds was off. and I know it’s not the fault of the property but music was played outside until 4am. Which did keep me awake. Also there weren’t any toiletries. no bathrobes. and no extra towels.

I like how modern it is. And it gives a homely feel.

The pub nearby

I was visiting from Dubai and I had little expectations with hotels, knowing what Dubai has to offer. Although this place is a self check-in-check-out, you will have no issues at all, unless you love ti ringing up the front desk. I was impressed with this place, the rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated (if aesthetics matter to you). A fully functional kitchen, we could make our own tea/coffee, or do our laundry etc. On top of that, the place is just 5-7min away from the Bradford Broadway and the train station, you couldn’t have asked for a better location. Most of all, Joe who coordinated with us for the check in and check out was super helpful. We left behind our airpods, and Iris in hospitality helped us all the way to ensure we get it back. Downside was that the pub on the back of the hotel was a bit noisy, the rest of the good experience overshadowed this little thing. If the budget works for you, don’t think twice before booking. To the management - its not the product you are selling that brings back customers, its the service you offer, Joe and Iris were awesome. As long people like them work for you, you will always have customers.

Due to the location it was a bit noisy at night but I live central so I'm used to it but might be an issue for some. I did note that the left hand shower the temperature gauge was the wrong way round so I stepped into a cold shower initially.

The location was fantastic, design of the property was really nice, the host was extremely welcoming and helpful, the property was very clean.

They lied about the property being clean, it was not. They then lied and asked me not to leave bad feedback due to the property being so bad. Broken things, dirty, stains etc. These are not luxury properties. Absolutely devastating to arrive and have no help from the management team. Really sad as it looks amazing! Hopefully they can fix these issues

I loved how helpful the manager was.. he was sooo patient and helped me through the process..everything was perfect and 2 minutes walking distance from the main square.. I would definitely choose it again on my next visit
