Bathroom little small but worked

Owner of hotel so welcoming own key to property so can come and go as you feel situated on the beach front very quiet friendly hotel is great for families and every you need for a holiday is right on your doorstep 😃😃😃😃

Little evidence of staff or anyone warmly welcoming you. It had a hostel feel about it without that staff interaction some people like.

Basic and functional is about where I would place this hotel. Our aim was only to sleep there and it suited that task. Our room was usual for Blackpool but nothing to really wax lyrically about.

There were nothing that we didn't like.

The host rick was very welcoming,nothing was to much trouble room was very clean all amenities in place great sleep comfy bed, the bar wasn't open due to his wife on business and he were doing a gig but the American theme looks great, cant wait to book again.

Tried calling them eight times before I visited no answer. Got keys from them at check in, lovely bar and pool table. Didn't see them again, not even check out to say bye. Bar was closed and seem to be always closed looking at other reviews. No groups allowed yeah right, hen party on same floor with me 10 year and less kids with me. Such a nice hotel but owners don't want to know you

Nothing we were overjoyed with this hotel and the rest of the party agreed that I had done a great job on picking the hotel.

We arrived quite early into Blackpool and rang to see if we could store our bags somewhere until check in and were told this was fine. When we arrived the lovely women who greeted us said we could go ahead and go to our rooms. We had a nice chat with her and on we went. On our way we noticed a box of shampoo, body wash and even perfume for you to take what you need to your room which is handy if you forget such things. When entering our rooms we were pleasantly surprised to find the bedrooms rather cosy and spacious and our bathroom was not too small either. There is also a TV in the rooms, our remote however did not work it whether that was due to the batteries or remote in general I don't know BUT we weren't bothered and did not tell the lady and I'm sure she would have sorted it if we had asked. I was meaning to just let her know ready for the next guests but it slipped my mind. Overall a great stay for a great price and I would highly recomend.

The room was amazing 2 double beds for 2 couples which was great it was clean and the host was lovely even left us a note under the door to say we didn't need to check out early as she knew we had been out the night before which was kind of her would definitely recommend.

Massive draft from window making the room cold and noisy. Hole in wall which the wind was blowing dust into the room from. Bathroom mirror covered in toothpaste splatters so clearly not been cleaned.

Bed uncomfortable Toilet didn't flush properly no pressure Shower leaking round pipe No battery's in remote for tv so had to keep getting out of bed Bar and pool room was supposed to open between 8 and 10 didn't so called number that u was told to call and no answer all night

we chose this hotel for the older children so they could play pool in the bar. we arrived to a closed bar on a Friday night and no staff to be seen anywhere. in fact we never saw anyone! just a sign saying leave your keys here. we were hoping for the usual Blackpool friendly hospitality but unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

The size of the bathroom, but that can't be helped.

The staff was amazing and so friendly, the hotel was so easy to find and in such a good location, the space in the rooms, we had a fridge !! Two comfortable double beds with very fresh smelling bedding. Free toiletries to use when you walk into the hotel incase you have forgotten anything.
