I stayed with my sister for the weekend and we had dinner there both nights. The food and service was excellent and they had plenty of vegan options. We will definitely return if in the area.

There wasn't anything wrong per say, but my expectations were higher given the price and that it's a 4 star hotel. The room was kinda of basic.

The hotel had really good vibes and the location was good. The room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was very good. We thought it was too expensive and didn't book in advance. However, we had a problem with the Tv, which we couldn't get to work. Your attendant couldn't get it to work either, and as a result we were given complimentary breakfasts.

The door of the bathroom can not keep on opening which is not good after taking shower to let the humidity out of the space.

Appreciate it was a very busy day but long queue for checkout impacted plans Even though I was guaranteed not to spend any extras it is policy to take £50 from debit card for security. I was told it would be refunded at chaeckout. I then emailed to ask why I hadn’t had reimbursement and they said it takes 5-7 days!

The breakfast service is not worth the price at all! You don’t get cappuccino only filtered coffee. The staff are avoiding eye contact and very moody. There was one bright young man- Andre, who was a gem, otherwise it would of been terrible service.

The heating in the first room didn't work. The bathroom was small but the shower was big although there was never hot water, only warmish. There really isn't many toiletries and no tissue. There is no closet only some hangers. One of the bartenders was not helpful nor very welcoming.

The staff was very helpful when I had trouble with my room. I was staying for 7 nights, so they gave me a new room. The location on the east side was very convenient as the bus stop (26, 55) was outside. It was a lively hotel. The bar and breakfast area was always active. There is a lot of areas to work and to hang out. The room was big, the bed was comfy, it was very clean and quiet.

We asked for a hypoallergenic pillow which we did get but it was a little shabby. One of the lifts wasn't working!

Location was perfect for our purpose, we were on the fourth floor which was nice and quiet, breakfast was great. All the staff we encountered were lovely, particularly on reception and in the restaurant. Room was nice and warm. Loved the bench and table in the room, altogether really well designed.
