The TV was difficult to use and kept disconnecting from the internet so it took lots of attempts to get Netflix to work. It would have been nice for more tissues and toilet paper to be provided.

Apartment was much bigger than expected! Everything, from coffee sachets to towels, was provided for us and it felt like a hotel stay. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Access to the apartment was incredibly easy with a code for the front gate and door provided before our arrival. Location was excellent - Edinburgh castle was visible from the end of the road and everything was within walking distance, including a Sainsbury’s Local. Also a 10 min walk from Haymarket train station and a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop.

I can't say i didn't like anything just a few flaws needed ironed out.

Given an access code for the front gate and the door to the apartment. So very easy and quick. The apartment was very good a few little niggles about that's all. First niggle was the fact that you were surrounded by offices which meant that everyone could see into our apartment as we could clearly see in to their offices in fact see what they were typing on their computers. Secondly the apartment had no dish drainer which you really need otherwise your work tops will get damaged. Thirdly just a tiny wee niggle but gotten sorted out with a quick phone call......we only were given 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 2 night stay but as i say that was sorted out quickly. Other than that the apartments were clean and comfortable, just a hop skip and a jump to Princess Street and you were surrounded by pubs, bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful too.

Not accessible - we had a pram so we had to lift it up and down the stairs each day

Perfect little spot so close to the centre of town. Easy walking and getting to/from the airport. Kitchen was fully stocked, bed was huge and so comfortable. Would stay here again.

Induction hob didn’t want to stay on. Seemed to get to a certain temperature then cut out? Sofa bed in the lounge area not very comfortable.

We had a issue with the hot water in the shower BUT after contacting the office they sent someone straight out to resolve the issue. Fantastic service.

There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment is just missing a handful of things that would be great: - somewhere to hang coats, either hooks or a coat stand - a non-slip mat in the shower, because the tray was a bit slippy - a towel rail by the shower - there's no obvious place to put your towel to easily grab it when you get out.

The apartment was perfect for a 3-night stay. It's in a great location, lovely and quiet but just a few minutes' walk from local cafes, restaurants and the start of Princes Street. We hadn't stayed in the West End before and we were surprised and pleased to see how much there is to do in that area. Haymarket station is also only a stroll away, which was handy for us as we took a day trip to Dundee and all the trains stopped there, so we didn't have to traipse down to Waverley. The apartment itself is spacious but cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. There's loads of storage and the bathroom is huge. There are big windows, so it's nice and bright when you have the blinds or curtains open. They do look across to other apartments or offices. But it is in a city centre, and unless you're standing right in front of the window, no one would be able to see what you're up to! The heating is very simple to operate - not always the case in holiday accommodation! I really like the no key entry - it's all key pads. No key to be carting around and worrying about losing! The communal areas were neat and tidy. We're definitely going to book the apartment again for a future visit.

Absolutely stunning apartment was completely blown away from the moment I walked through the door with the solid oak floor boards and wooden beams. Kitchen was well equipped, beautifully decorated apartment to a high standard. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk from the tram and 10 minutes to the centre of princes street and the old town.

Unable to occasionally adjust the heating. Controller seemed to be locked. On a couple of nights the guests upstairs were noisy during the night; especially on the final night with lots of banging around until 4am as if they were packing to leave. Some guests need reminding that High heels on upper floors cause noise to carry.

From walking in the door the apartment was warm and cosy. There is everything you need and it was immaculately clean. A great location for walking to Princes Street and the added bonus of a pub on the corner that served delicious food. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Edinburgh

I would really struggle for anything. Perhaps the quality of the TV image could have been better and there was a broken button on the toilet but this is knitpicking!

Good location back from the main road so it made it nice and quiet, but still close enough to all the attractions and shops. Well equipped apartment and good sized Portacot for our 2 year old.
