We stayed just the night and needed it as a transit stop. Got in late so really like how they have a staff member on until midnight and then you can still check in online as an option if flight delays. The location was great right next to train and bus. Took the train straight to Heathrow airport next day. Modern clean room. Love how there is no carpet in the bedroom. Didn’t have time to use any of the other facilities but breakfast in the morning was decent.

Some staff were lovely but one staff lady was very rude to us group of girls, we were told we needed to pay an extra £100 as part of a “new deposit” scheme that was introduced - we had no email or pre warning of this until we arrived at the property to pay for just the room. The lady explained we would get it back as soon as we checked out only to be told on day of leaving the £100 can take up to 10 days to be put back. No other groups or people were charged this extra £100 just us girls. We did ask other guests and watched other guests check in while we waited in the lobby and nobody else or group was asked to pay another £100 on top and like mentioned there was no email or warning about this extra payment.

The rooms were so clean and beds were super comfortable!

There is no place to park your car nearby the hotel. Also, there is no cart boy to carry the luggage from the room to the car.

The stuff was very friendly and the room was very clean and the restaurant was also good with many choices in the menu

Room climate control was not working. Was allocated a room designed for people with disabilities but didn't ask for one. Had to go home after one night due to sudden illness but no refund or credit offered.

i first got a room in the basement ! but I got a plan B at the desk. airco a little loud and working towards the bed too directly. in the morning anways turned off automatically so I woke up 2 time sweating earlier than wished

The hotel was prepaid in full however when i checked-in they tried to charge me for my accommodation. I had to show them the prepaid receipt. and finally they accepted. However when I checked-out The staff conferred there where no extra charges, however after a few hours, and by then i was at Stansted airport, my credit card ws charged with an extra charge. I have followed through with multiple emails to the hotel and still after 5 days of writing to the hotel they have yet to reply. A total lack of Customer service, arrogant staff, poor service a total lack of accountability.

The location was great and the room was awesome.

The nicest staff i’ve ever met. We had a situation with a sick guest who needed paramedics, and the way the managers and staff handled the situation was amazing. The girls in the reception were the kindest receptionist i have ever met. The staff in the hotel made our trip rememberable!

Breakfast just felt unorganised. Staff were great but not enough of them to keep things filled up, to clear tables and to seat people.

The windows did not open so had to put on AC to avoid the stuffiness. We were put in a room with both a double and single bed yet we selected double bed only option so we felt quite crammed but it was not a big issue.

It was very clean & location was close to train station. Breakfast options were good. Overall happy & would book again!

The room could be better cleaned - a lot of dust, as in the other comments I can also confirm that the windows in the room could not be opened and it was sometimes stuffy.

Good quality hotel, very good location Staff were helpful The room was spacious, well equipped, cleaned every day The breakfast was quite varied and tasty (I can confirm the other comments about the lack of vegetables).

I wish they fix the AC issue. The room is very hot and the AC turns off automatically to save electricity.. if the windows could open I would be fine with that. However, no windows open and the AC turns off, equals a very warm room.
